This was a first class experience!! From the valet parking and bellhops when we arrived to the gorgeous room and view!! Super cool amenities, we really enjoyed the pool, exceptional!!
We would definitely recommend going to Mount Airy and we are looking forward to coming back again!

Had to wait for room with a safe then when you got room safe didn’t work.
Elevator service horrible wait time 10 to 15 minutes with no hallway air conditioning.
Bathroom had a town on rack was full lipstick imprint.

Rein hotel met lotion, shampoo, lichaams wasserij en airconditioner voorzien. Handzaep is in een kleine doos bij de douche. De waterdruk in de douche is genoeg en voelde goed na het rijden de hele dag.
Er is een lange spiegel in de hoofdkamer, er is een kluisje en een bagagebak in de hoek, er is een kleine koelkast, ijsbucket en een voet rust, de bureau en de stoel zijn mooi, de bank onder het raam is comfortabel.
Het personeel was prachtig.

The room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. No re-usable paper slippers are available in the room as well, not to mention free bottled water. The price is not highly competitive though. One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small amount of money which I fully appreciated that.

The location was impeccably clean with an attractive outside and an inviting interior. The room was spotless. Staff was great! The beds were soft but comfortable. We got the room with the Jacuzzi and it was clean and fully operational. We were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay here and in the future will always try and stay at the best Western and if available a best Western plus.

GGuest UserI was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.

EEnderYinGreat location right in the city center, and right across from Reading Terminal Market, which has tons of food and fresh produce. The service was efficient; even with a conference happening, check-in wasn't a long wait. The facilities are well-maintained and don't look old, and the cleanliness was excellent. Overall, it's a great choice for a business trip or vacation in Philadelphia.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK. You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite. Recommended.

GGuest UserHotel was nice and there weren't too many people on site. We’re not the extra romantic couple, so this was a little extra for us, but we were able to spoil ourselves and relax. Breakfast was like a normal hotel complimentary breakfast buffet, but Justin served us both days and he was excellent. Spooners had many events and things to do. The bed was comfortable, however, don’t sit on the edge because you will fall, and it was sunken in the middle, so that made it a little hard to sleep in a comfortable position. Overall, great stay, great resort, and down the street from Mt. Airy Casino which was fun as well.

I originally wanted to live in Hershey's Chocolate Town, but there was no good hotel choice, so I chose here 16 kilometers away. It is very quiet, there are all places for eating and shopping, and it is only 5 ~ 10 minutes by car about. We chose a relatively far away Chinese restaurant ”new china”, the taste is still good, many foreign countries order takeaway here. Breakfast is ordered, but tip is required. (We each gave 2 yuan), I hope these things can help the people living here. * In addition, the pictures of the appearance of the Ctrip homepage are wrong. They are not like the White House at all. Don't be deceived by the pictures!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with a beautiful church downstairs. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks downstairs. The service is terrible. I booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the front desk said that there was no such room type, and they insisted on saying so. When I contacted Ctrip and waited for a reply, the front desk said that there was such a room type. It was very confusing. My check-in was delayed for almost half an hour, and I was forced to contact Ctrip via international long-distance.
