Inchecken duurde om de een of andere reden ook een tijdje. Ik arriveerde na 15.00 uur (het inchecken begint vermoedelijk om 2 uur) en kreeg te horen dat ik moest wachten zodat iemand kon controleren of de kamer klaar was. Locatie is ok, maar niet geweldig."

"Inchecken was een makkie omdat het bij de receptie op de Club-verdieping gebeurde. Het personeel van de receptie was uitstekend in het helpen van mij om naadloos in te checken en ervoor te zorgen dat mijn bagage naar de hoeksuite werd gestuurd die ik voor mijn verblijf had geboekt. De suite was groot en de meubels waren vrij nieuw. Vooral de slaapkamer was comfortabel en ruim. De badkamer had naast een ligbad een apart toilet en een douchecabine. Het had zelfs een inloopkast. Het was ook netjes en schoon. Bovendien was het personeel van de receptie op de clubverdieping uitstekend en voldeed aan al mijn behoeften en kwam tegemoet aan mijn verzoeken tijdens mijn verblijf. Het hotel ligt een beetje afgelegen, maar het is handig omdat het grenst aan een klein winkelcentrum. Het enige negatieve was dat het uitzicht vanuit mijn suite niet bepaald prettig was, omdat het uitkeek op een verarmde wijk te midden van de opkomende torenflats met appartementen en kantoren in de omgeving. Over het geheel genomen was ik zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf en zal bij mijn terugkeer naar Manilla in de komende twee maanden terugkeren naar het hotel."

"Our sea-view room was beautiful. There were six of us staying overnight in Manila before heading to Boracay, and the view was stunning. For six people, the price was excellent value for money. The complex also has two large swimming pools, and there are many malls and restaurants nearby. It's very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of rushing. The host was very nice, and it was a fantastic stay! ❤️"

"We booked the two-queen beds room for my parents’ anniversary – my sister, brother-in-law, and nephew came too, so everyone stayed there together!
The room was really spacious, spotlessly clean, and honestly? It actually smelled clean, which I always appreciate so much. Plus it had everything we needed – microwave, fridge, plates and bowls included. Super convenient too because there’s a 7-Eleven and Lawson right nearby.
Breakfast was great overall, though there wasn’t an egg station. Most things tasted amazing except for the dried fish – wow, that was so salty! But the scrambled eggs? Absolutely superb. I loved them so much I went back for seconds.
The pool was fantastic with a city view that’s just gorgeous. My family loved swimming bright and early – even at like 8am, the sun was already up high and it was pretty hot, but they still had a blast. Everyone slept really well too, and the whole place is so Instagram-worthy – every corner looks nice!
Oh, and I have to mention the staff – they were so incredibly accommodating. It’s such a breath of fresh air to feel like you’re truly prioritized. And getting to malls is easy since it’s close by too!"

GGuest UserThe place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026
They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us.
At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards.
We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table.
We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it!
The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay.
Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay here. Last time, I stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. My daughter specifically requested we come back again. The room was clean, and I really enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub. The breakfast has really improved since my last visit; there's a greater variety now, and the portions are so generous it hardly feels like a breakfast – I was extremely satisfied.

However, it's well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is standard Southeast Asian style. During check-in, I had an issue with my credit card and couldn't process the deposit. The front desk lady was decisive and let us check in directly without the deposit, which was very nice. The hotel breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options.

The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves).
The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated.
I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared.
For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience.
Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable.
Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future.
