A great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

Cozy hotel, good location, nice staff and nice service, but we met a little cockroach in our room then asked to change the room. Front desk immediately moved us to other room. Cool town with an outstanding volcano.

The hotel is cozy and near commercial district of legaspi.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Maganda yung hotel, sobrang linis, airconditoned at may free na complimentary massage pa. Mababait din lahat ng staff, kada madaanan mo sila babatiin ka nila. May cafe din sila sa baba hanggang 10pm open, masarap ung mga pagkain mapa rice meal o pasta at sobrang affordable ng mga prices. Kapag bumalik ako ng bicol, sa apihap pa rin kami magbobook. Uitstekend hotel. Behalve voor het ontbijt. Ik heb in mijn leven nog nooit zo slecht gegeten. Bij het inchecken vroeg ik om een kamer met uitzicht op Mayon, ze gaven het zonder problemen, hoewel het hotel volzat. Er waren vakanties en er waren veel Filippino's op vakantie. De kamer is schoon en netjes, het bed is comfortabel. Een beetje lawaaierig vanaf de straat. Een vuile beek bederft het uitzicht vanuit het raam een beetje, maar dit zijn allemaal kleinigheden. Een ander minpuntje is de buitengewoon vreemde locatie van de stopcontacten in de kamer.
