Hotellocatie is goed. Ontbijt was zo zo. Niet veel keus. Lepel die ik kreeg van personeel was niet schoon. Personeel kon geen service bieden aan drukke gasten. Eten wordt niet bijgevuld. Geen glazen om drankjes in te nemen. We zullen de volgende keer geen ontbijtservice nemen. De kamer is echter groot (we namen een primer deluxe suite) en mooi uitzicht op zee. Zal er weer naartoe gaan. Hotelmanagement moet overwegen om de drukte tijdens het ontbijt te beheren met extra ingehuurd personeel en een andere ruimte voor borsten te openen in plaats van een lange wachtrij voor gasten.

De kamer is antiek, groot en ruim, met een chaise longue ernaast en een fijn bad. De service bij de receptie is geweldig en ze brengen water en gratis koekjes als je gaat zitten. De faciliteiten zijn compleet, inclusief een klein zwembad en een professionele fitnessruimte ernaast om te sporten! Er zijn professionele coaches om je te begeleiden! Al met al is het erg goed đđż

The service was ok. Welcome drinks are served but i think the tea isnt enough, so when we both arrived, we dont have it. But its fine.
There are two quite similar room type, i booked the higher price one but i got it a two single bed room, then we asked the receptionist. They changed us to a double room but the room space isnt what we expected.
Anyhow, we didnt change again. Then we started to unpack and look around, there are water leakage / unwipe water on the floor. And most important, the cupboard is fake on the left side and it dropped and hurt our fingers and toes.. but the right side has a small fridge? I dont understand the design or there is no remark on it⊠it is so dangerous!
Then the bath tub, was fine, a lot of black stains on it. Honestly, we dont dare to enjoy ourselves in the bath tub. Also the shower head isnt stable! It keeps fallingâŠ. Omg.. we stayed for two nights and we feel like it wasnt worth RM670++
One and only time.. i wished to have a nice staycation but it makes us disappointed..

I had a wonderful stay at Noble Resort Hotel Melaka, and it truly exceeded expectations. The Premier Executive services were exceptional â professional, attentive, and thoughtfully delivered, making the entire stay feel comfortable and well taken care of. The team was warm, efficient, and always ready to assist, which added a premium touch to the experience.
The location is another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently situated near shopping malls, making it easy to access retail outlets, cafés, and daily necessities. There are also plenty of food options nearby, from local delights to well-known eateries, so finding great meals was effortless throughout the stay.
Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a full day out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and elegance.
I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, quality service, and a pleasant stay.

Must praise the staff â the service is really good. From the moment we entered the hotel until we got into our room, everything was well taken care of. They even called to check if the room was alright and if we had everything we needed.

A truly wonderful stay for me and my family. We booked 3 rooms during CNY period. The location is excellent â very convenient and within walking distance to Jonker Street and nearby attractions. The hotel also provided free parking at nearby shoplot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Mijn verblijf in Bayview Hotel Melaka was onvergetelijk, mede dankzij het uitzonderlijk behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel bij de receptie.
De netheid was onberispelijk in het hele hotel, waarbij elke hoek de toewijding van het personeel weerspiegelde om een ââongerepte omgeving te behouden. Hoewel niet ultramodern, voorzag het hotel in de meeste essentiĂ«le voorzieningen, waaronder een goed onderhouden fitnessruimte en zwembadfaciliteiten.
Het ouderwetse ontwerp en de sfeer voegden een charmant tintje toe en boden een kijkje in de rijke geschiedenis van Melaka. De strategische ligging in het hart van Melaka maakte het verkennen van de bezienswaardigheden van de stad moeiteloos.
De ruime kamer, met adembenemend uitzicht op de drukke straten en de serene rivier, was een hoogtepunt. Het bood een gezellig toevluchtsoord na een dag sightseeing.
Wat echter echt opviel, was de warmte en professionaliteit van het personeel bij de receptie. Van het inchecken tot het uitchecken stonden ze altijd klaar om te helpen met een glimlach, ze gaven waardevolle tips en zorgden ervoor dat aan al mijn behoeften snel werd voldaan.
Voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar een mix van comfort, nostalgie en uitstekende gastvrijheid in Melaka, wordt Bayview Hotel Melaka ten zeerste aanbevolen.

Holiday Inn is truly one of the nicer hotels around. The atmosphere and views were fantastic, and the friendly, service-oriented staff are definitely the hotelâs biggest asset. They donât just handle bookings but also share helpful suggestions to make your stay more meaningful.
I booked the hotel at the very last minute and checked in around 1:45 am. The receptionist who attended to me was very sweet and helpful. She even allowed a late checkout, though I checked out at 11:45 am to head back to Singapore early and avoid the traffic at the causeway. She also recommended great food options and interesting places nearby.
Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

RRozzana BoniarI recently stayed at Birkin International Hotel Malacca and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel feels modern, clean, and comfortable from the moment you walk into the lobby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay.
The room was spacious, well-maintained, and nicely designed with comfortable bedding and good sound insulation, which made it easy to rest after a long day exploring Malacca. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with essential amenities. Parking was also convenient and easily accessible.
The breakfast selection was decent with both local and international choices. The dining area was clean and organized, though it could get slightly crowded during peak hours. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and gym were well-kept and suitable for families and business travelers alike.
Overall, Birkin International Hotel Malacca offers good value for money with comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a convenient location. I would recommend it to travelers visiting Malacca for either business or leisure, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

CChikibumbum92This was our fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time was very disappointing.
1. Check-in
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. I had requested a Queen Bed room instead of Twin Beds. However, I was informed that because my booking was made at the last minute (one day before check-in), only a Twin Bed room was available as all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. We accepted the explanation and proceeded with the room provided.
2. Room Condition
Upon entering the room, the first issue we noticed was the air conditioning. Despite setting the fan speed to high, the room remained warm and the air conditioner was not cooling properly.
3. Bathroom
There appeared to be a blockage beneath the sink, as water was pooling around the sink and toilet area. In addition, the shower holder was broken while we were using the shower. We chose not to complain and continued our stay.
4. Room Door & Bathroom Door
The bathroom door could not be closed properly unless it was pulled and pushed firmly. The more serious issue occurred the next morning after breakfast when our room door became stuck and could not be opened.
We contacted maintenance, and the team arrived to inspect the problem. From approximately 8:00 AM onwards, we were unable to access our room. Around 8:30 AM, the maintenance team requested approval from the Front Office to move us to another room because the repair would require additional time. However, they informed that changing rooms would incur an additional charge because we were checking out on the same day.
I strongly disagree with this decision. From 8:30 AM until our checkout time at 12:00/12:30 PM, we were still paying guests of the hotel. The room issue was caused by a defect on the hotelâs side, and guests should not be charged extra to move rooms due to problems beyond their control.
The Most Disappointing Part
During check-in, we were informed that no Queen Bed Deluxe Rooms were available. However, while the maintenance team was accessing our room through the connecting room next door, we discovered that the adjacent room was vacant and equipped with a Queen Bed.
If the actual reason was that the room was unavailable due to maintenance, it would have been more professional and honest to explain that from the beginning rather than simply saying all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied.
This experience has left us very disappointed. Every time we visit Melaka, this hotel has always been our preferred choice. However, after this stay, we have decided not to return.
I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff during check-in, but I sincerely hope the hotel will improve both its facilities and service standards. Thank you.

JJingguliangStaying at Holiday Inn Malacca's sea-view room and falling asleep to the sight of the Malacca Strait was my biggest wish for this trip, and I'm so grateful I finally got to experience my dream Malacca! Malacca's old town is quite small, and every day we took taxis to get around the same few streets. We also visited Ole-Ole Malacca, which is close to the hotel, and the market in front of Dataran Pahlawan. Every day we'd wake up naturally, enjoy the hotel breakfast, and then head out to explore. We tried coconut durian chicken rice and Nyonya cuisine. If we bought something in between, we'd just take a taxi back to the hotel to drop it off before going out again â it was simply delightful! The hotel is actually very close to the Straits Mosque; you can see it from the room, and it's just a ten-minute taxi ride away. The Red Square and Jonker Street are also within walking distance, but it's definitely more convenient to take a taxi if you're with elderly people or children!
We specifically chose to spend Chinese New Year's Eve with my parents in Malacca, and it truly was an unforgettable New Year! The Year of the Horse in Malacca â what an incredible serendipity! We watched the fireworks in Malacca on New Year's Eve, and on New Year's Day, we saw the hotel's high-pole lion dance. We even received a red envelope (lai see) and good wishes for prosperity from the hotel. Thank you, I've kept them as treasures! Malacca is indeed small, but I genuinely felt so much joy here! I will miss you, and thank you, Holiday Inn Malacca, for giving my parents and me such an unforgettable and joyful New Year.

The mini zoo package is a bit pricey, but the tour guide uncle was very engaging and informative. He shared a lot of knowledge.
Breakfast was only a partial Ă la carte and buffet, perhaps because there weren't many guests, so there wasn't a wide choice of food.
In room 3020, there was a leakage in the shower between the shaft and the ceiling. The pantry floor felt a bit fragile and not 'solid', which could potentially cause injury.
Overall, everything else was fine.

HhappylgThis hotel absolutely deserves a full five-star rating for its location, service, and ambiance! Upon arrival, the front desk thoughtfully offered a smoothie and a cold towel, instantly refreshing us from the scorching travel heat. After check-in, a staff member personally escorted us to our room, and we even received meticulous turndown service in the evening â a truly excellent experience.
The location is also impeccable. Directly across the river is the famous Dutch Square (Red Square), and it's only about a 200-meter walk to Jonker Street and the night market, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.
What surprised me the most was discovering, while looking through old photos, that I had unknowingly captured this hotel in a picture way back in 2012 when I first visited Malacca. To reunite with it years later as a guest feels like a rare and wonderful serendipitous encounter. Highly recommended!

Rrainiejy_We had a pleasant stay overall. The ambience was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Love the welcome drink!
Just a small feedback for improvement: the coffee machine, cup area was a bit dusty, and we werenât know that items like toothbrush and shower cap were provided and placed inside the drawer. We only found out after going out to purchase them from nearby shops. It might help to make this more visible or inform guests during check-in.
On a positive note, we were told by staff that thereâs a new parking space beside the hotel, which is much more convenient and safe compared to the previous one behind the hotel that felt quite dark and unsafe. The buggy service was also provided from hotel to parking and vice versa. Fast and efficient, which we really appreciated that we no need to walk, especially during heavy rain and night time. We also liked that they sell fizzy bath bombs, a nice touch for a relaxing stay.
Overall, still a great experience. Thank you!
