Onze verblijf in Boxo was geweldig. Het personeel de omgeving het eten was een 10/10. We kwamen laat op de middag en werden ontmoet door de mooie Harriet die ons een mooie kleine tour van het hotel gaf. Ze was absoluut geweldig en maakte ons zich super welkom toen we aankwamen. Onze verblijf hier was comfortabel en de kamers hebben airconditioning die een behoefte is in HOT Diani, dus kwam als een welkome faciliteit. We eten in het restaurant van Boxo en het eten was heerlijk. De schoonheid van de plaats was ook echt waardeerd.Over het algemeen was de ervaring verbazingwekkend.Ik zou deze plaats aanbevelen als u in Diani bent.We verbleven op 8 februari 2026.

Het is er prettig, er is airconditioning. Het ontbijt was prima, en er stonden veel baobabbomen binnen. Iets naar links ligt de Congo-rivier, waar je een boottocht kunt maken; het moet er prachtig uitzien op een zonnige dag.

The Mombasa M6 room was really terrible. The shower temperature was not regulated and it kept burning my skin. The air in the room had so much particles, I kept coughing through the night. The towels were all worn out. Compared to my experience in the Bustani Junior Suite, room quality was miles apart. Facilities in the M6 room was outdated and old. Buffet service for breakfast was largely the same and not exciting. And some of the staff definitely need a refresher training on service particularly Sylvester the water sports guy

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

酒店離海灘有點距離，坐小三輪大約5-10分鐘。別墅很大，兩間卧室，適合一家4口入住，但是設施比較陳舊了，衞生情況一般。 酒店不知為何沒有收到我的預訂訊息。我們在當地時間晚上7:30到達後，等了一個半小時，才把別墅準備好。 如果沒有選擇三餐全包，那就連飲用水都不提供。

Location was not perfect and not much activities going on there but they’ve more than make up for it with their services, and the food was to die for, my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the food if nothing else.

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.
