Overnachting tijdens een zakenreis. Zoals altijd onberispelijk, van de ontvangst tot de netheid, van de kamers tot het ontbijt. Alles was perfect. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Locatie op een steenworp afstand van de zee en het aquarium. Een aanrader.
We verbleven al in 2019 in dit hotel, maar sindsdien is het hotel natuurlijk verouderd en is de service achteruitgegaan (geen gratis handdoeken voor op het strand, geen flessenwater, geen slippers, enz.). Maar qua prijs/kwaliteit is dit nog steeds een van de beste oplossingen! Het hotel ligt aan de eerste kustlijn, dicht genoeg bij het station, winkels zijn op loopafstand. Er zijn veel heerlijke restaurants en souvenirwinkels in de buurt van het hotel. Het ontbijt is ook wat minder geworden, maar over het algemeen een goed buffet, je zult zeker niet met honger vertrekken. Er is een zwembad, maar de verwarming was uit, dus niemand kon het gebruiken - het water is ijskoud. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de spa. Het verdient geen 4 sterren, maar 3 sterren - best wel.

The room is okay for 2 but may get space constraints if you have too many luggages. The bathroom shower area is a challenge.
Breakfast spread is good.

Don’t be picky in a foreign country. For a hotel with a long history, you want to experience it. Single bed means a double bed, a bed less than 1 meter...
Tutto perfetto ad eccezione dell’ insonorizzazione delle camere, nella stanza adiacente vi era un bambino che piangeva ma sembrava di averlo in camera.
Great hotel with all the amenities. Excellent staff who were very welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel and there are a couple of electric chargers as well if somebody is coming on an electric car.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
The hotel is very close to Ferrari's museum in Maranello and is also a short drive into Modena. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be staying here once again when I am back in Maranello.
Qualche perplessità in arrivo, seguita da qualche altra perplessità sempre con il ricevimento in uscita (assenza di informazioni utili a semplici curiosità forse banali, ma tant’è; assenza di personale addetto ai bagagli all’ingresso delle auto; singolari le spiegazioni che conducevano naturalmente ad utilizzare il loro parcheggio ad un costo 5 volte superiore a quello disponibile; …).
Adeguata la camera, seppure nel librone di informazioni presente venga riportata l’accessibilità a Sky (precisamente dal canale 401 in poi), che non esiste/non è raggiungibile.
Complimenti al Personale delle camere, della manutenzione, della piscina e della colazione al mattino.
Qualche perplessità, infine, sul ristorante e, in particolare, sulle risposte da chi si occupava dei vini.
Grazie a Trip.com il soggiorno è costato una cifra estremamente interessante e, quindi, il giudizio, a questo prezzo, è molto interessante per un Hotel, monumento nazionale, come questo.

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too
DDarren_in_BarcelonaThe hotel is in a good location if you want to be close to Bologna central railway station and the airport. The walk to the old town isn’t so far and you pass many nice things along the way. The area is safe and I walked back to the hotel after dark along the main thoroughfare and had no issues.
The room was quite small but it’s enough for one person. The staff were friendly and I was able to store my bag.
The only issue I had was the lack of air conditioning. The unit was present in the room but it was impossible to turn on due to it being April. Generally it wasn’t bad but the room was particularly stuffy in the morning and evening so it wasn’t so comfortable for sleeping.
I understand that it’s April and it’s considered too early to turn on the air conditioning but it’s actually turned on in the lobby for the staff. So by that logic, it should be turned on in the rooms also.
After living and traveling in Asia for many years it’s disappointing to see Italian hotels being stingy with money - especially considering the guests have paid money.
It’s a shame because besides this I liked the hotel and the staff. I hope the savings made by turning off the air conditioning are worth it.

The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

Small flaw the silence of the rooms, they are not soundproofed and a group of kids came back at 3:30 making a lot of noise in the corridor and once in the rooms you could hear their talking.

- Cosy, nice breakfast area with varied choice;

- Friendly and welcoming staff.
Cons:
- It was high season but the price was way too high for a room shared by 4 people;
- Too much chlorine in the jacuzzi;
- Very narrow and old elevator;
- Room for 4 with chargers only by the double bed and not the bunk beds. The bunk beds literally are hostel looking. The space is very small for 4 people to be in and move around.
Me and my friends opted for this structure since we were keen on spending the 15th of August in Cervia, which justifies the high price, but we still had higher expectations.
JJuen Ho ArthurGreat location, only a short walk to and from the old town centre, and right next to the Parma Centrale. Parking available, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the staff ensured that we were well taken care of.
KKalim’s worldEveryone would agree that they don't want to let others know where they like very much. This hotel provides pleasure and comfort, as evidenced by the friendly expressions on the staff. The spacious room and large bathtub are enough to relieve fatigue throughout the day, and I like the restaurant food. The proximity to the train station gives good transportation access. You may think the facility is a little old, but there is no inconvenience at all. Above all, I liked the bed. One thing is regrettable that there were no free drinks in the room.
