Iedereen is het ermee eens dat ze anderen niet willen laten weten wat ze leuk vinden. Dit hotel biedt plezier en comfort, wat blijkt uit de vriendelijke uitdrukkingen van het personeel. De ruime kamer en het grote bad zijn genoeg om de hele dag vermoeidheid te verlichten, en ik hou van het eten in het restaurant. De nabijheid van het treinstation zorgt voor goede vervoersverbindingen. U denkt misschien dat de faciliteit een beetje oud is, maar er is helemaal geen overlast. Bovenal vond ik het bed leuk. Eén ding is jammer dat er geen gratis drankjes op de kamer waren.

Hotel molto bello, stile antico, receptionist molto disponibili, addobbi molto belli con luci e anke in stile Halloween.
Camera carina, calda, bagno senza finestra, materasso scomodo troppo duro e i rumori si sentono tutti.
Bisogna uscire per andare in spa, piscina grande ma forse troppa gente, bello l’intrattenimento dei belletti delle signore, la spa al piano di sotto bagno turco, sauna, 3 docce emozionali e 1 sala relax non male ma un po’ piccola.

Het hotel is als in een film, een historisch gebouw, prachtig design, alles straalt een luxe sfeer uit. De kamer was klein maar comfortabel. Handige badkamer. Er is parkeergelegenheid, makkelijk bereikbaar. Goed ontbijt. Spa met goed gevuld zwembad, jacuzzi, verschillende douches, hamam, sauna. Het buitenzwembad is erg klein.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het treinstation. Ik boekte de eenvoudigste eenpersoonskamer. Deze was erg klein en lag op de bovenste verdieping, maar voor twee nachten was het prima. De kamer was mooi en eenvoudig ingericht. Alleen de vloer was niet helemaal gedweild, verder was alles in orde. De dame bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De inrichting van het hotel is bijzonder interessant, met van alles, van Boeddhabeelden tot dieren en andere kleurrijke decoraties. De SPA kon alleen gebruikt worden tijdens een vooraf vastgestelde periode, waarschijnlijk tegen extra kosten. Over het algemeen is de accommodatie goed en ik zou het aanbevelen.

What a lovely hotel in a beautiful location where stepping out is into fresh air with the scent of pine trees. Really loved my stay! Staff were super friendly. Just marked down on amenities as the restaurant was closed, but staff recommended restaurants for dine-in or delivery.

Overnachting tijdens een zakenreis. Zoals altijd onberispelijk, van de ontvangst tot de netheid, van de kamers tot het ontbijt. Alles was perfect. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Locatie op een steenworp afstand van de zee en het aquarium. Een aanrader.

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

DDarren_in_BarcelonaThe hotel is in a good location if you want to be close to Bologna central railway station and the airport. The walk to the old town isn’t so far and you pass many nice things along the way. The area is safe and I walked back to the hotel after dark along the main thoroughfare and had no issues.
The room was quite small but it’s enough for one person. The staff were friendly and I was able to store my bag.
The only issue I had was the lack of air conditioning. The unit was present in the room but it was impossible to turn on due to it being April. Generally it wasn’t bad but the room was particularly stuffy in the morning and evening so it wasn’t so comfortable for sleeping.
I understand that it’s April and it’s considered too early to turn on the air conditioning but it’s actually turned on in the lobby for the staff. So by that logic, it should be turned on in the rooms also.
After living and traveling in Asia for many years it’s disappointing to see Italian hotels being stingy with money - especially considering the guests have paid money.
It’s a shame because besides this I liked the hotel and the staff. I hope the savings made by turning off the air conditioning are worth it.

FfanWe are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good .
Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .
Never happened in this 4 star hotel .
The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

LLolloGramSeafront structure basic room good mattress with a nice topper very clean room and I must say also the breakfast is not bad.
Small flaw the silence of the rooms, they are not soundproofed and a group of kids came back at 3:30 making a lot of noise in the corridor and once in the rooms you could hear their talking.

SShenlan7155The traffic is very convenient. It is very close to the train station and the Enzo Ferrari Museum, so I chose to live here. The front desk service is very warm. The cleaning is very clean. The room is quite clean. But there is no expectation. There is no sense of design. The local consumption of Modena is much lower than that of Florence. But the most The price of this room in Jiaxi and the Indgo with a balcony in Florence is almost equivalent. The bedding is also very general. There is also a highlight that there is a Chinese restaurant called Wang diagonally opposite the hotel. It is not expensive. It is worth it for two nights.

- Cosy, nice breakfast area with varied choice;
- Clean;
- Friendly and welcoming staff.
Cons:
- It was high season but the price was way too high for a room shared by 4 people;
- Too much chlorine in the jacuzzi;
- Very narrow and old elevator;
- Room for 4 with chargers only by the double bed and not the bunk beds. The bunk beds literally are hostel looking. The space is very small for 4 people to be in and move around.
Me and my friends opted for this structure since we were keen on spending the 15th of August in Cervia, which justifies the high price, but we still had higher expectations.

Only slight downside was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the staff ensured that we were well taken care of.

JJohnny B GoodThis hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? We liked the traditional room, it was cozy, with a balcony too, The service was helpful. The facade of the hotel building is not beautiful (in my opinion) but inside is a good hotel. We would definitely stay there again. It's convenient to the train station and to the city centre. The breakfast was pretty good.
