It was a great experience to stay at this property. The staff across the departments is very congenial. Good people to talk on informal topics. Rita, Shrikrishna, Samaresh, Priyanka & Rajiv were very forthcoming in supporting on all the needs.
Mr Sunil Jain from Rajoo Engineers was kind enough to enable this fulfilling stay.

Always good our second time i lost my wallet somewhere but I got it back i forgot that for 24 h but i got it back that's wonderful hotel ☺️

The property is centrally located and has ample parking. It is well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous and service is good.

A solid choice for a beachside birthday trip. The location is the real highlight—steps from the sand with fantastic ocean views. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. While our room was basic and didn't have a balcony, it was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great value for the prime location.

Covered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while).
Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.

GGuest UserGrand Vijayawada by GRT is an excellent Hotel, beyond my expectations.
Location : Excellent, walkable distance to all shopping
Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket
Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful.
Excellent ambiance.
Provided complimentary Foot massage for both
Very low priced and value more than what we paid.

GGuest UserThe facilities were clean and the service was very good. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. You can only get to the city center by car, so you have to do everything within the hotel.

stay: the rooms ac didn't work. We had to persuade them to change the room. The beadsheat has holes in them and torn at the seam. Bathroom drains are cleaned only after complaining of water logging in the shower areas. Service: poor at best. Morning breakfast: fly's rampant and everywhere. Overall: the other non branded hotel is about the same price but offers better service and rooms are better (we stayed there last time and will do the next time)
