We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

Nice hotel. Near restaurant at Lembang, so sad they allowed smoking in the pool where a lot of children swimming, should be consider to place smoking area further. Overall good

It was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff did accommodate to my request for my husband's birthday surprise. The facilities for kids is just great for the price that we booked. There are varieties of choices for the breakfast spread. The location is near to Ciwalk Malll. The only downside that we faced was the the toilet flushing system. It's not working properly. And also when the 2nd day they make up our room, the housekeeping did not top up the body wash and on the 3rd day just happen i approach one of the housekeeping lady for assistance to top up the shower gel and she said ok but till now we checked out, no one came to top it up. But overall its a good experience with friendly service staffs.

Je hoeft nooit ver te reizen voor je koffie (Point Coffee, Starbucks en Tanmu), de beroemde Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japans eten (Sushi Matsu en Yujo) en een drankje in de nabijgelegen lounges (Barcelona, ​​Bulan Madu Brew, etc.). Het in- en uitchecken verliep soepel dankzij het vriendelijke personeel. De kamer was ruim, schoon, de airconditioning werkte goed, de waterdruk was uitstekend en het bed was comfortabel. This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.
