Hotels met spa in Zagreb County, Croatia

The hotel is surrounded by office. Not super convenient to sightseeing location nor restaurants. We booked a room for 2 person but the hotel only have one set of amenities. We arrived earlier then check in time and the receptionist seems abit angry, maybe it is their style of expression.

Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption. The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress. The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Betten, gut ausgestattetes Bad. Check in erfolgte schnell, in guter englischer Sprache. Essen im Restaurant, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das einzige was wir bemängeln ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist völlig in Ordnung nur das Personal war an diesem Morgen überfordert. Als wir um 7:30 Uhr zum Frühstück gingen, hatte eine größere Gruppe vor uns gefrühstückt. Es gab keine Kaffeetassen, anstatt Milch kam nur Wasser aus der Kaffeemaschine und das nachlegen dauerte lange. Kein sauberer Tisch im Frühstücksraum obwohl 80% leer. Gut, dass man ins Lokal ausweichen konnte. Da könnte man bessere Lösungen finden. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

衞生條件很棒，整體寬敞明亮，服務人員態度也特別好。800米之外有一個熊貓中餐館，味道也不錯，衹是價格有些。。。。。

Fantastische locatie. De sauna is gratis te reserveren voor privégebruik. Het beste was de massage - die was echt goed. Het enige minpuntje was de airconditioning, die tijdens ons bezoek (zomer ging over in herfst) werd vervangen door verwarming, waardoor het 's nachts wat warm was. Tenzij je de kamer met uitzicht op de tuin neemt, is het lawaai van de weg en de tram onaangenaam om de ramen 's nachts open te laten. De service van het personeel was overigens goed.

Het hotel is een 4-sterren. Een schoon hotel, zeer vriendelijk, vriendelijk personeel... het is een plek die ik zou aanraden wanneer je er doorheen wilt... aangezien het centrum van Zagreb zelf vrij ver weg is. Zeer ruime kamer. Dat klopt... PAS OP! Op TRIP stond er GRATIS PARKEREN... en we moesten €7 per dag betalen... niets gratis... Ik zou het aanraden als ik terugkom op doortocht door Zagreb… het ontbijt is bijvoorbeeld inbegrepen en is zeer gevarieerd en lekker!!!

Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart. About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside. The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti. The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid). Restaurant and bar at the ground floor. The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud. Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available. Shower is strong with two different heads. The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain. Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor. TV is old and dated. Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style). Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Zagreb. The room was comfy and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The location’s great – easy walk to the main sights. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is good, facilities are ok. But restaurant people service need to be improved, especially for attitude
