De locatie van het hotel is prima; je kunt uitstappen bij de snelbusterminal. De portier, meneer 061, was erg behulpzaam met onze bagage. De lobby is in een unieke stijl ingericht en het inchecken verliep vlot. De sfeer in het hotel is erg prettig. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en bood voor ieder wat wils. Mijn beoordeling is wat lager. Ten eerste de service. Ik kon niet zien of de kamer na onze reis was schoongemaakt. Het toiletpapier was niet bijgevuld en de toilettas was rommelig en onverzorgd achtergelaten. De prullenbak was eindelijk geleegd en het beddengoed was opgemaakt, maar toen ik hem optilde, zag ik dat de lakens gekreukt waren en niet waren aangeraakt. Ten t****e, mijn grootste klacht: ik heb me de eerste nacht twee keer verbrand in de douche. Mijn familie klaagde ook over de schommelende watertemperatuur, en de t****e nacht schommelde die opnieuw, wat een zeldzame gebeurtenis leek. Ik had al last van hoogteziekte en douchen maakte me nerveus. Voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse waren deze basisvoorzieningen onverwacht. Ik hoop dat uw hotel verbeterd kan worden.

Staying beside such a meaningful landmark gave us a sense of China’s ancient charm and local culture. I sincerely appreciate the management team, especially Ms. Shandy and her team, for being extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. They truly understand what guests need, and their attentiveness made me feel very welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The management team also went above and beyond by sharing information on nearby attractions and recommending excellent local food spots. I truly appreciate their dedication and warm hospitality. Additional Highlights: The hotel’s location is surrounded by local eateries, allowing me to experience authentic Chengdu flavours and culture. This hotel is really good value for money. It’s quite new and the rooms are clean. Location is really good too! Very near Blue Tears, Food Market and the Selfie Panda. The reception is also very helpful despite not being an English speaker. Just a couple of areas for improvement — anyone can enter the hotel through the fire exit. When I ordered food delivery, instead of the delivery robot, I got a knock from the delivery guy himself ☹️ Also, my room was not cleaned, so the water and tissue was not refilled, but just one call to the reception and the robot brought it to my room. Overall, good place to stay in Dujiangyan.

Op de dag van inchecken scheen de zon helder in Chengdu, maar we vonden verkoeling en ontspanning op de kleine binnenplaats. Het regende in Chengdu op de dag dat we vertrokken, en het luisteren naar de regen onder de dakrand was een zeldzaam genoegen. Het hotel heeft ook een superieure geografische ligging. Het Wenshu-klooster ligt niet ver van het hotel en er zijn veel heerlijke gerechten in de omgeving: de aloude Sichuan-keuken Rongyuan, Zhanglaoer-gelei, Ji Feodian Sichuan-keuken, Long Chaoshou, Yan Taipo Guokui , Lao Ma Tu Tou, Bashu Dazhaimen hot pot enzovoort liggen allemaal binnen een kilometer van het hotel. Belangrijker nog is dat het personeel hier ervoor zorgt dat mensen zich thuis voelen. Speciale dank aan onze huishoudster Li Cong, een warme jongen. De volgende keer dat ik naar Chengdu ga, zal ik zeker in het Chengdu Courtyard Hotel verblijven.

Ik had eigenlijk een kamer geboekt bij Holiday Inn, maar kort voor aankomst gaf ik aan dat ik de vorige keer ook een goede ervaring had bij Minyoun. Ze annuleerden mijn reservering en boekten me om. Ik had iets in de kamer achtergelaten en belde om te vragen of ze het konden opsturen. Ze zeiden dat ze het gratis zouden doen, wat ik erg waardeerde. Helaas had ik die avond een vergadering en moest ik mijn vlucht halen, dus ik had geen tijd om een recensie te schrijven. Later moest ik wel de verzendkosten betalen. Dat voelde niet goed; ze hadden het beloofd, maar kwamen het niet na. Het uitzicht was wel prachtig en over het algemeen was het verblijf best goed hoor. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the front desk, enquiry desk and restaurant staff to the operator. Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

We only stayed here for one night due to its location and reputation. Yes the facilities are lovely but front desk service was aloof. We asked for late checkout but come the next day they seemed to have forgotten and rang us at normal checkout time to rush us out. I am not sure if it was due to language barrier or not but we did not feel very welcomed by the hotel. We are seasoned travelers who have stayed in many luxury hotels. This was disappointing.

The hotel room is fine, but I think the breakfast is free if free of charge. But I like the lighting of the bathroom, the lighting is very good for make-up!

Een vriend heeft een heel goed hotel aanbevolen. De foto's van het hotel zijn niet mooi. Het is erg handig om hier te verblijven als je naar de Qingcheng-berg in Dujiangyan reist. Het is ook erg handig om naar Taikoo Li op Chunxi Road naast het hotel te gaan is een food-winkelcentrum met verschillende lekkernijen. We zijn ook in de buurt thee gaan drinken in het Tianfu Art Park. Het meisje bij de receptie van het hotel is vriendelijk en aardig, en de service is beter dan die van een vijfsterrenhotel! aanbevelen!
