After comparing a few hotels, I still decided to go with Sofitel! And I'm so glad I did, it was a truly nice experience. Firstly, the hotel has a fantastic design; it doesn't feel old or dated at all, and the facilities are impeccably maintained, definitely five-star standard. Secondly, the billiard and ping-pong rooms are a real highlight! Thirdly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. It just so happened to be my birthday during my stay, and my butler, Xiao Qi, thoughtfully delivered a birthday cake – I was truly touched!

My stay at Guanhu Hotel was absolutely fantastic, the best and most comfortable experience I've had during my trips to Qinghai Lake. I genuinely recommend it! The overall hotel experience was impeccable; cleanliness, facilities, and service were all top-notch, offering incredible value for money. A special shout-out to the hotel's personal butler, 'Little Seagull,' who was the absolute highlight of my stay! The service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, with prompt responses, gentleness, and patience throughout. Before check-in, they proactively informed me about all the necessary details. During my stay, no matter how small the request, they quickly helped resolve it. They also thoughtfully recommended local attractions and delicious food, answering every question and providing thorough service. This made the entire trip worry-free and heartwarming. The professional and attentive service truly made me feel valued. The hotel facilities are brand new, well-maintained, and comprehensive. The room was spacious and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable layout. The bedding was soft and clean, and amenities like the bathroom, internet, and lighting all worked perfectly, providing an excellent living experience. All daily necessities were available, ensuring a stable and relaxing stay. The restaurant's hygiene was exceptionally well-managed. The environment was clean and bright, with tables, chairs, and tableware meticulously cleaned and disinfected daily, leaving no unhygienic spots. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was clean and delicious with a rich variety. The dining environment was tidy and comfortable, making me feel completely at ease while eating. The entire hotel was thoroughly cleaned, and common areas were consistently kept neat and tidy, creating a quiet and healing atmosphere. All staff members were exceptionally friendly, and I encountered no unpleasant issues whatsoever. It was full of thoughtful details. The next time I visit Qinghai Lake, I will definitely choose Guanhu Hotel again and recommend it to my friends who are traveling!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, making it a good place to rest after a day of exploring. The staff who handled my check-in were friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which made the arrival process smooth and enjoyable. A good option for travelers looking for spacious accommodation with the convenience of being connected to the Sofitel facilities.

My stay at Xining Chengji Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The service was thoughtful and warm, making me feel completely at home. I genuinely recommend it! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt at ease. The popcorn provided in the lobby was sweet and crispy, a truly comforting snack to enjoy during downtime – so much attention to detail. I especially want to commend the gentle young lady at the front desk. Check-in was efficient and welcoming; she was friendly and patient. She even proactively added me on WeChat, and any subsequent questions I had were answered promptly and patiently. Her service was thorough and attentive, making me feel very well taken care of. The restaurant service was also impeccable. The staff were friendly and meticulous, making the dining experience exceptionally comfortable. The hotel also gifted sweet, soft egg tarts and warm, rich milk every day. The desserts were delicious, and the milk was fragrant and tasty. These little surprises each day truly filled me with happiness. Overall, the hotel environment was clean and tidy, and my stay was comfortable and reassuring. There wasn't a single negative point throughout my stay; you could feel the care and warmth everywhere. The service far exceeded that of other hotels in the same price range – it was thoughtful and personalized. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Staying at the Lijiang Cuixing Hotel in Da Qaidam was an absolutely perfect experience. The front desk and staff were all very friendly and efficient. The cleanliness was impeccable; every area was spotless and bright. The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. The indoor facilities are complete, and the hardware is well-maintained. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

In a place where there is no man's land for 300km, there is such a hotel with complete facilities. It is really complete. Although it just opened this year, there are few options in Cold Lake Town. I still chose this hotel that seemed to have big rooms and new toilets. This hotel is really big with two buildings connected together. There is a large parking lot, and parking is available behind the hotel. And all the parking spaces are full! It's great that there are free washing machines in the hotel. I hope to have the opportunity to visit Lenghu Town again. The smell was not very big in the room. Breakfast needs to be paid for at your own expense and is an a la carte system. There is also a supermarket in the hotel which is very convenient. The water temperature is also very stable and hot. The bedding is also quite clean. very nice. Exceeded expectations.

The check-in experience is very good, the room is very clean, the front desk service is particularly good, catching up with Unicom is completely paralyzed, there is no signal, the front desk lady took the initiative to help change the room twice, thank you very much!

The hotel owner is very enthusiastic to help find a parking space to guide the parking and take the luggage. The room size is not very large, compact There is a little gap with Meihao Lizhi who lives all the way The water in the shower room is not very smooth. It is overflowing on the stone of the shower room. Take a bath and wash it for a while. Turn off the water and let it go underwater for a while. And the water smells bad, and I can smell it in bed at night.

The hotel's carpets, room designs, and decor were all nice, showing that money was spent on these aspects, but the actual usability was poor. The double room faced the opposite room's window, resulting in poor lighting. The twin room had a mountain view and a good view. The facilities were rather strange: the hot and cold water taps were installed backwards, which took my family quite a while to figure out; there was no power outlet near the bathroom mirror, and the hairdryer had to be plugged in behind the door, quite far away; the towels were placed near the entrance, which was unclear. There was nowhere to put shower clothes and towels, making it a rather unusable hotel, but barely passable. Breakfast was unnecessary at the hotel; it wasn't very appealing, and ending at 9 am was a bit early. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilets needed improvement; at least hair should be removed. The service was relatively good: when we informed the front desk that there was no water, they immediately provided it; the hotel also gave us a small gift, the yogurt which the children loved. Parking was free, but it was on the basement level, requiring a flight of stairs to reach the lobby.

It is close to Xining Station and easy to find. The navigation is directly to Building 1 of Fayuan City Plaza. The room is like the picture, very clean, the front desk lady is very beautiful, the attitude is very good, the bedding is also good, the bathroom is still dry and wet, recommended.
