不愛寫評價，但這家真的得誇
之前遊過青甘，總感覺西北酒店的服務不如南方，但這家打破了我的刻板印象
大堂的阿叔無論在你辦入住，還是在大堂休息，都會馬上端來飲品讓你喝
前台工作人員禮貌親和，每次遇到都會主動問候
客房清理人員每天都會把屋子打掃的很乾凈，需要補充什麼也都很快響應，滿足了我那嘴饞（超級愛它家牛奶和酸奶）的媽
訂城際主要因為西式早餐非常豐盛，是華住會旗下之最了，看到APP上寫假期提供簡餐心涼了半截。結果一到餐廳，你管這叫簡餐麼。。。跟平時無太大差別，重點表揚一位應該屬於餐廳負責人，第一天吃飯遇到的，戴眼鏡，個子不高，一直微笑問候每位來吃飯的客人，耐心細緻的回答每個客人的問題
總的來説，這家酒店非常值得，店長管理應該也非常不錯
此外有兩個小問題：1.貴店有入住多日享房型升級政策，辦理入住將近尾聲，直到我主動提及，前台才有所響應。知道假期房間好賣，但既然有政策還是希望能夠給到客户，不要等客户主動詢問2.minibar中沒有放置啤酒，跟工作人員要了馬上給了兩瓶。雖然很多人不喝，但是城際其它店都是有的，屬於標準配置。直白來説我可以不喝，你不能沒有

We stayed at Sofitel Xining for a total of four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the facilities (pool, gym, executive lounge) are world-class — but what truly made the difference was the incredible hospitality.
A very special thank you to Lucy and Mia at the front desk. Their warm welcome, kindness, and proactive support made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure.
We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests.
It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests.
Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Xining.

Xiaofens service was echt geweldig. Ze belde van tevoren om te vragen of ik speciale verzoeken had. Toen ik bij het hotel aankwam, stond ze al bij de deur te wachten. Ze nam me mee om in te checken en stuurde me naar de kamer. Ze vertelde me onderweg hoe ik de faciliteiten van het hotel kon gebruiken en gaf me een fruitmand toen ik in de kamer aankwam. De airconditioning was aangezet en op een comfortabele temperatuur gezet. De suite is groot met een keuken en wasmachine. De badkamer is gescheiden in natte en droge gedeeltes en is erg schoon. Het zwembad heeft droge en natte sauna's. De sportschool is goed uitgerust en er zijn veel Noordwestelijke lekkernijen voor het ontbijt.

西北之行最滿意的一家酒店，必須實名好評！
全程住過最舒服的一家，服務熱情貼心，讓人感覺特別温暖。房間寬敞整潔、空間很大，隔音效果超棒，休息得很安心。
因為高原反應有點不舒服，酒店貼心提供了供氧服務，房間還配有加濕器，細節直接拉滿，極大緩解了旅途不適。
早餐也很驚艷，雞湯米線鮮香味美，烤腸也超好吃，味道很贊。看我們趕行程還打包早點和水果，方便又暖心。
整體體驗無可挑剔，性價比超高，下次來一定還選這家！

This is a great hotel to be in when you're visiting the Chaka Salt Lake as it's just part of the Lake. The room is kind of small but all amenities are provided. The toilet is a little awkward but on good working condition.
The entrance fee for the tourist site 天空壹号 are given free of charge.
The reception is warm and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. We got 2 rooms and at check in time, they upgraded us for free to better rooms with views of Qinghai lake from our balcony! The hotel and rooms were spacious, spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is quite new (opened in 2023). About 3-4 mins drive from the main Qinghai lake scenic spot so fantastic location.
The hotel is surrounded by mountains which have a lot of sheep , Yak, goats etc grazing on them. So you get both the mountain feeling as well as the lake feeling and it really helps soothe the soul and make one feel relaxed.
The service of the hotel staff was always excellent, warm and attentive.
The food was delicious and halal!!! We were so happy about this as we could enjoy delicious Qinghai cuisine worry free :-).
Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our future trip to Qinghai lake.

The room interiors, appliances, and bathroom fixtures show clear signs of age and general wear, lacking proper renovation and maintenance.
The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The selection wasn't extensive, and what really impacted the experience was that most hot dishes were lukewarm throughout, indicating very poor insulation, which significantly detracted from the taste.
On the bright side, the service deserves commendation. The front desk and concierge staff were warm, friendly, and highly responsive. They were very patient during check-in and with inquiries, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the hotel excels in service and its retro aesthetic, but there's significant room for improvement in both hardware and breakfast quality.

GGuest UserWhen I came to Qinghai Lake, I decisively chose the Guanhui International Hotel. Built right by the lake, the views are expansive, and the courtyard is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are meticulously clean, the bedding is fresh and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is consistently smooth without any lag. As someone who drives, I often worry about accumulating laundry, but the self-service laundry room perfectly solved that problem. For breakfast, you get to enjoy a lakeside view, and the food is fresh and varied. The security is comprehensive, making for a comfortable and value-for-money stay. The butler, Xiao Maoniu, was attentive and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel for a quick getaway, mainly because as a five-star property with a pool and gym, the off-season price seemed very reasonable. Upon arrival, the experience was truly stunning! Our butler, Xiao Ai, contacted us in advance. Not only did we receive complimentary breakfast for our multi-night stay, but because it was the off-season, they even upgraded us to a 65-square-meter suite on a higher floor! The hotel's facilities, guest rooms, lobby, dining, and service were all genuinely five-star standard, truly exceeding expectations! The surrounding area is also very lively, with several commercial districts, some trendy and some more local, offering a wide variety of food and drink options. It was also very convenient for driving out of the city. Before we left, the housekeeping staff even gave us some adorable yak plushies, which we loved! This was the biggest little joy of our trip to Xining!

GGuest UserI lived in the executive room, the mattress support was very good, I checked that it was Sealy silk, no wonder I slept until dawn. The window looks out to the night view of Haihu New District, and the view is very wide when the electric curtains are slowly opened. The Australian Appelles' care tastes refreshing, the skin is not stretched after the shower, and the overall stay is very smooth.

YYemolujiaThe main advantage is its location, within the Sky One scenic area. On clear nights, the stars are clearly visible outside the hotel. However, like many other stargazing rooms, the rooms are cramped and small, and quite cold at night. Whether you can see the stars from inside depends on your eyesight. The young man who brought water was very helpful; kudos to him. Also, they include entrance tickets to the scenic area, which is a plus.

GGuest UserThe hotel arranged the finest room type, the room is not big, I booked a Lizhi City View Twin Room, it seems to be downgraded, gave a special twin room, there may be many groups to stay, I booked a room type is insufficient, so I was downgraded, the room was given to the group, the facilities are still complete, but only disposable towels are provided, The bath towels are very thin, not the general 4-star hotel standard, breakfast is general, parking spaces are seriously insufficient, the advantage is that there are many foods nearby, not far from Aiken Spring and Mangya Emerald Lake. Very disappointed with the hotel and not recommended to everyone.
