I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality and wonderful experience!

Fantastic, close to the night market. Friendly and professional staff. There are couple of options for breakfast but not limited to Chinese and western. Over all, highly recommended.

酒店位置就很好，北遊客出口這裏火山腳下，停車方便免費位置又多，也有充電樁。下樓就是温泉區，有温泉打卡目標的建議選擇，泡湯超方便。, 温泉體驗太豐富了——除了正宗的天然硫磺泉，還有溶洞泡池和泥浴池，泡完皮膚滑滑的超舒服，公區淋浴，洗完回房間休息。室內湯池有十個左右，乾淨寬敞，水温剛剛好。逛了一天火山，腿腳痠乏，直接下樓泡一泡，可解乏。, 室內湯池大落地玻璃景觀直麪火山，設施新、乾淨整潔，床品舒服睡得香。, 服務更是貼心——從進門就有專人引導，工作人員熱情周到，有求必應。酒店還配有水上滑梯、小童樂園，帶娃家庭也不用愁。吃住玩一站式搞定，性價比超高，來火山玩住這兒就對了！

公司安排招待甲方預訂 看了半天選中這家中式酒店 奔着這個價格去的 想着服務肯定不會差  回來反饋也很好 服務員從進門幫忙提拿行李 到住完離開都服務很好 服務人員面帶微笑問候熱情 房間標配加濕器 設施設備都很好  電視上直接出現歡迎語 很高級 特別提出了房間的浴袍 穿着很舒服 推薦大家放心預訂他家 準沒錯。

In the morning, while I was sleeping, I could hear the sound of a vacuum cleaner working behind the door. Otherwise, it was very nice. Breakfast is very delicious. National dishes are amazing.

A truly bizarre hotel in an even weirder place. Do come if you enjoy a Chinese fever dream of what Russian culture involves, oodles of kitsch and matryoshkas enlivened the odd static shock from the carpet, stay away if the combination of those things does not appeal. Overall a must-stay for any visitor to Manzhouli

Such a lovely hotel, very clean and tidy, well worth the money! Breakfast was ok with everything you need! Would happily stay at hotel again. Staff are very welcoming and even give us a free upgrade.

Aircon not cold. Toilet bowl flushing system is weak. Front desk took a long time to register international travellers due to inexperience. Breakfast spread is ok and tastes good.

房間挺好的 很乾凈也挺大的 也不吵 我比較認床 之前住其他酒店會睡不着 在這第一晚就睡著了 外面都是由機器人送上來 樓道里也不會很吵 洗手間乾濕分離的 最喜歡的就是有個睡眠模式躺床上所有燈都關了 前台小姐姐態度也挺好的
