River Rock Casino Hotel in Vancouver is een fantastische plek om te verblijven, vooral als je met je gezin reist. Een van de beste dingen is het binnenzwembad met een leuke waterglijbaan waar zowel kinderen als volwassenen van genieten. Er is ook een grote hottub, perfect om te ontspannen na een lange dag. De lobby is prachtig en gastvrij, met watervallen en comfortabele zitjes. De service is uitstekend. Het personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en staat altijd klaar om je te helpen met alles wat je nodig hebt. Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt, voel je je goed verzorgd. Het hotel is ook superhandig gelegen, direct naast de SkyTrain, waardoor je gemakkelijk naar het centrum of de luchthaven kunt reizen.

- located in a vantage point that is very close to all conveniences, such as Walmart, supermarkets and restaurants;
- nice and comfortable apartment that commands a lovely view of Vancouver downtown;
- squeaky clean and spick and span;

Really nice spot to stop over for a couple of nights. The locations is just on the outskirts of town. However, they offer a free shuttle into the town in the evenings. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. There is laundry facilities on site too as well as a hot tub.
Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the waffles. And plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

The resort and the room we had were soo Beautiful, we really enjoyed our one day here! Amazing view on the golf court, a big room and bathroom and everything was well decorated, very modern. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, do not worry, it is very well soundproofed. Anyway, everything was perfect so 10/10, will recommend!

Best location in downtown. Right next to the hotel is Tim Hortons and McDonald’s. There is also a highly rated Mr.Schwarma food truck. 2 blocks from the hotel, on Hasting Street, there is a very good place for pizza called Nightingale. For transit, Burrard Station is right next door. Vancouver City Centre Station is within comfortable distance. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Vancouver next time!

We stayed here for a night and our experience was quite amazing with all facilities. Their dining area was quite spacious and can accommodate high number of people as well as have much more food options than other hotels.

GGuest UserNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

GGuest UserI am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay.
To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level.
There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment.
Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection.
I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered.
In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests.
Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold.
I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

GGuest UserOverall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

MMikki LizFirs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby.
Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean.
Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in.
Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location.
To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty.
Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out.
If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

GGuest UserDivya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays.

The hotel front desk enthusiastically introduced nearby attractions and provided maps with clear instructions. The hotel restaurant provides delicious food with generous portions. It only takes 3 minutes to drive to the nearby city center. There are large supermarkets, McDonald's and Japanese and Korean restaurants. It is very convenient.

GGuest UserWaited in line for over 35 minutes to check-in so we were already off to a bad start. There were two lines set up. One for elite members and one regular. Front desk just took whoever was in that line without checking and none of them were members. It was a chaotic check-in.
I requested a quiet room preferably away from the elevators and we were put in a room with only 1 room in between. I know requests cannot be guaranteed but there was so much noise in hallway, and we could hear everything word for word from room 801 next to us which ruined our sleeps for the 5 night stay. There was a door directly between our room and the next room (I guess it could be transitioned into bedroom suite). The hotel and elevators were extremely busy and there was also construction in multiple areas of the hotel.
Parking was inconvenient as the spots were tiny. The room itself was clean and location is good but overall an uncomfortable stay and negative experience throughout. At checkout, the lines were set up different again and no one knew where to line up.

QQiaokelibabamamaGetting here is a breeze, whether you're driving or using public transport. A skybridge connects directly to the Bridgeport SkyTrain station, with the Canada Line offering direct access to YVR Vancouver Airport (just 3 stops, 10 minutes) and downtown Vancouver (20 minutes).
Bus route 620 to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (for Victoria ferries) is right downstairs. The Richmond Night Market and the Outlet Mall are within walking distance, and major highways are easily accessible for drivers.
The hotel boasts a huge indoor parking lot with reasonable rates and even EV charging stations. Guests can park on P2 or P3.
The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is soft. High-floor rooms offer stunning views of the Fraser River and the marina, with excellent night views. If you're lucky, you might even get a free suite upgrade!
Overall hygiene is excellent, with daily room cleaning. Standard amenities include a mini-fridge, coffee machine, and bathrobes.
Facilities include an indoor heated pool with a children's water slide, a gym, a spa, an in-house casino, a Cantonese dim sum restaurant, Starbucks, and several other Chinese and Western restaurants.
Located in the heart of Richmond's Chinese community, the hotel is surrounded by numerous Asian supermarkets and Chinese restaurants. It's more affordable than downtown Vancouver hotels, making it a top choice for car rentals upon arrival or airport transits.
Having been open for years, some lower-floor rooms show signs of age with limited power outlets and average soundproofing. Occasional noise from planes and trains can be heard due to its proximity to railway tracks and flight paths.
Cigarette smoke from the casino can sometimes drift into adjacent floors. If you're sensitive to smoke, prioritize a high-floor, non-smoking room.
The dining options are just okay; the buffet breakfast is pricey, and fast food reviews are mediocre. It's more cost-effective to dine at one of Richmond's excellent Chinese restaurants nearby.
When booking, request a high-floor, river-view, non-smoking room to avoid lower-floor rooms on the casino side.

DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!
