"I stayed here with my girlfriend during the Chinese new year, and we loved it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the boy who helped with our luggage and the restaurant staff, such as Wang Xiaomei who welcomed us each morning. The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The only problem I had, as with all HI hotels I’ve stayed in recently, is that the pillows are uncomfortable and need replacing, and the duvet is far too thick for the warm weather in Beihai. Also, they advertised on Ctrip that they have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work. Overall, a good stay though thanks to the staff."

"酒店地理位置絕佳，就在銀灘對面，帶孩子挖沙很方便，結果娃大了説已經不喜歡挖了😂同樣也因為在銀灘邊上，7點多樓下就很熱鬧，影響睡眠，而且春節期間人太多，這個位置不好打車，最方便的是電瓶車出行。房間設施該有的都有，就是淋浴間衹有半個隔斷，毫無作用，洗完澡整個浴室都是濕的，擋不了一點水。酒店門口能停車，工作人員會為客人留好停車位，贊一個。因為訂的早，總體來説春節期間性價比還是高的。"

"Next to the beach walk and away from the fireworks.
Crowne had all the things needed. But, stock the bar to fit the menu advertised ;-) Make sure to trek to the art gallery and IOMA. Big Whale bar is on the walkway behind the hotel. Snacks and full bar. About 25-30 minutes from Old Street and 15-29 minutes from the Weizhou Ferry Port (has mall). Fireworks beach maybe 10 minutes away with food stalls."

"Faciliteiten: Ik vroeg het aan de receptie van het hotel voordat ik op reis ging en hij zei dat het zwembad open zou zijn, maar toen ik aankwam, was het helemaal niet open, wat een beetje teleurstellend was.
Hygiëne: Eigenlijk is alles aanwezig, maar de faciliteiten zijn relatief oud en de kamer ruikt muf
Omgeving: Algemeen
Service: de heer Yuanshan, de butler bij de receptie, is erg aardig, beleefd en enthousiast. Hij heeft ook mijn kamer geüpgraded en attente service geboden.
Omdat mijn zoon zich een beetje onwel voelde, ging hij niet ontbijten.
Ik nam 's ochtends contact op met het hotelpersoneel en vroeg of ze een ontbijt voor me konden inpakken en op mijn kamer konden bezorgen, maar helaas zeiden ze dat ze dat niet konden.
Ik herinner me dat ik eerder in een B&B verbleef en dat een soortgelijke situatie zich voordeed. Die B&B kon eten op de kamer bezorgen?"

Usually when I go out on my own, I choose a hotel. Hotels are relatively clean. When traveling with my family, I choose B&Bs or apartments. However, the hygiene is not as good as that of a hotel. I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. The room There is no water distribution, you need to buy your own water. There should be two bottles of water as standard, and this is a suite, so overall it is just okay! It’s not bad to stay for one night while traveling

1. Location: Very close to Golden Beach, it should be a homestay, the lobby is a room at the entrance of the community, the guest room is a few floors in the community, and the beach is separated by a road, the sea view is not bad.
2. Traffic, if you take a taxi, you can say that the location is very easy to find, and public transportation is nothing.
3. Service, basically ordinary homestay, and the hotel is still a little bit, and the front desk and the room are far away. The better thing is that I originally set it for two days, and I want to refund one day and I am very happy.
4. Facilities, the elevator was bad on the first day, such a big building, there were two elevators on dozens of floors, and the people waiting were dying. The facilities inside are actually old, the windows are a bit old, there is no sound insulation effect, and the below is not sealed. The facilities inside are also very old, the hot water is intermittent, the night is super noisy, very unfriendly to children.

It takes about ten minutes to get here from the train station. The hotel is located in Beihai Golden Beach, very close to the sea. The room I booked was spacious and well-laid out. It's very convenient for getting around the area. Dining at the hotel is also easy, with various food options available. The service was very warm and welcoming. The hotel environment is also excellent, a top choice for a relaxing vacation! 😂 All in all, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Guest UserWe had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Qiaogang Beach. It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, making it very convenient for families with children. The room is clean, has a balcony for drying clothes, and is fully equipped. Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

Right behind the hotel is Golden Beach, perfect for stunning sunset views, and if the tide is right, you can even go clam digging. Our dedicated butler, Lily, provided excellent service throughout our stay, promptly assisting with both travel inquiries and daily needs. Last night, during afternoon tea, my husband, who has sensitive teeth, was kindly offered a bowl of very soft noodles specially prepared by Lily. The attention to detail in their service is truly impressive. This hotel is ideal for both short trips and relaxing getaways. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to coming back!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic! You step right out of the hotel onto Silver Beach. It's really thoughtful that they have foot-washing facilities at the entrances/exits since there aren't any public ones on the beach itself.
And there's one thing that really surprised me! I needed a computer for work and wasn't expecting much, as most hotels don't offer them. But after I called, the front desk immediately arranged for someone to bring a laptop up to my room and told me to just call them when I was done. I used to always stay at Wyndham when I came to Beihai for business, but from now on, this will be my go-to place!

Guest UserIt was a great time to travel! The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The butler service was a real plus; they sent WeChat messages with useful tips and information, which really helped us navigate and avoid any detours. We also got a free upgrade to a larger double room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool wasn't crowded, so we had a very pleasant swim. Overall, a great experience! And Beihai has so many delicious food options too.

The hotel is very close to Silver Beach, right at the entrance of Silver Beach, within walking distance, and there is a restaurant on the first floor. It is not far to take a taxi to Qiaogang Food Street. The room facilities are complete, there is an elevator, and the hotel front desk service attitude is very good.
