Faciliteiten: Compleet, benodigdheden staan allemaal op naam. Lux douchegel en shampoo zijn veel gemakkelijker te gebruiken dan die in onbekende kleine verpakkingen in veel hotels.
Netheid: Niet slecht, er ligt geen stof op de vensterbank.
Milieu: Er zijn winkelcentra in de omgeving die gerenoveerd moeten worden, maar deze vermijden rustperioden en hebben weinig impact.
Service: Zeer goed, ik heb een oplaadkop geleend.
Catering: Er zijn niet veel varianten, maar het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is geschikt voor ouderen en kinderen en het is zeer comfortabel om te eten.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giraffe Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is beautifully located in nature, very peaceful and scenic. Waking up surrounded by bamboo forest and seeing giraffes so close was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail.
The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay.
Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay.
We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. We would love to come back again.

Het heeft onze vakantie in Hangzhou zeer goede herinnering achter gelaten. Ons verblijf van 5 dagen, een familie van 3 personen met twee kamers. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Marco van de receptie stond ons bij met hulp en instructie in het Engels te woord en hielp mee hoe om te gaan met WeChat en Alipay

Dit is mijn t****e verblijf in Xizi, ten eerste omdat het dicht bij mijn werklocatie ligt, en ten t****e omdat ik, hoewel ik een local ben, een conferentiegesprek moest voeren en niet gestoord wilde worden, vandaar mijn keuze om buiten de deur te verblijven!
Faciliteiten: Klein maar fijn, de kamergrootte was precies goed voor mij.
Service: Ik ben een slechte slaper buiten mijn eigen bed, en mijn slaapkwaliteit is dan erg slecht. Aangezien ik tot laat moest vergaderen, was dit een noodoplossing. Het hotel bood een late check-out tot 1 of 2 uur 's nachts, wat erg fijn was voor mij.
Omgeving: Het was een hoge verdieping, dus geen last van de buitenwereld, en een weids uitzicht.
Hygiëne: Erg schoon, en het bed was ook erg comfortabel.
Voor toekomstige zakenreizen kies ik zeker weer dit hotel. Wie weet, als ik er vaker verblijf, wen ik eraan en slaap ik dan wel goed!

the Hotel/home-stay is right on the main waterway parallel to West Street. Close to all attractions, eateries and shops. I had a room facing West street. Could be quite noisy at night.
Note hotel not accessible by car. Cars will stop in main square, involves 3 min walk to reach. During day time, there's a 95 yuan entry fee to old town daily.
The room is basic, clean, well thought out, comfortable bed and chairs, functional toilet, built in hot/cold water dispenser.
No breakfast provided. Very easy to find eateries close by
The owner manager was very helpful, helped me carry luggage from hotel to parking lot.
Very good value for money.

De dienst was uitstekend en overtrof de verwachtingen. We konden eerder inchecken en een upgrade kamer hebben. Het ontbijtbuffet had veel voedselopties met een goede kwaliteit. De locatie van het hotel is comfortabel voor alle plaatsen waar we plannen om te bezoeken. Een bijzondere dank aan Mr Feng, die ons hielp om de bagage te dragen. We genoten echt onze verblijf in dit prachtige Chinese tuin stijl resort.

We waren met ons gezin van vier personen voor een diepgaande reis van 5 dagen en 4 nachten in Hangzhou. Na aankomst in het hotel op de eerste dag, ontdekten we dat de locatie uitstekend was, slechts 20 minuten met de taxi vanaf Hangzhou Oost Station. We hebben dan ook zonder aarzelen onze reservering met een vierde nacht verlengd. Het Westelijke Meer is op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand, waardoor de prachtige bezienswaardigheden van het Westelijke Meer binnen handbereik zijn. Grote winkelcentra zoals Intime in77, Hubin 88 en Gonglian CC zijn geweldig om rond te struinen, en metrostation Longxiang Bridge is ook vlakbij, wat reizen extreem gemakkelijk maakt.
Het hotel heeft een extra grote projector, comfortabele kussens, onbeperkte verse koffie en popcorn, en versgebakken zoete aardappelen.
Minpuntjes zijn dat sommige kamers niet goed geïsoleerd zijn en er soms een vreemde geur uit de badkamer komt. We hopen dat dit verbeterd kan worden.

I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception!
Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

Jjacqueline0801The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are quite large. Each room has a balcony, and the rooftop garden offers views of West Lake, Baoshi Mountain, and the Baochu Pagoda. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore.
The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition.
Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day.
Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit.
Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest.
Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority.
Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small.
Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable.
The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests
I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those.
Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

AAnonymous UserMy friends and I came to Naked Stables for a vacation, and the overall experience was truly excellent. We traveled with our child and pet, and I was initially worried about the inconvenience of bringing a pet. However, after checking in, all my concerns vanished. The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly; they had prepared a pet bed, toys, and pee pads in the room, and we could even purchase pet meals. Many details were very thoughtfully arranged. Moreover, pet-friendly facilities and arrangements were evident everywhere in the hotel, making traveling with a pet very easy and enjoyable.
The hotel also offers a rich variety of activities, ensuring that both adults and children can find something suitable and never get bored. The surrounding natural scenery is beautiful, and the environment is very comfortable, perfect for both relaxation and for children to connect with nature. The staff were all very warm, patient, and attentive, making us feel very welcome from check-in throughout our entire stay.
This trip was genuinely fun for adults, children, and pets alike; none of us wanted to go home. It's rare to find a resort that satisfies the entire family, including pets, so completely. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

PPweshiThe Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help.
There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower.
There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

BbingFirst, the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway, making it super convenient to get to West Lake and Wulin Night Market! Although the facilities aren't brand new and the room isn't huge, the bed is very wide, which was comfortable even with a child. The breakfast was also good, especially the restaurant staff who were all very enthusiastic.
Now, for an unpleasant experience during my first visit to Hangzhou: The night before, I booked a car from Hangzhou to Wuzhen via Trip.com. The estimated fare was 200 yuan (about 50 yuan more expensive than other platforms). The next morning at 10 AM, the driver arrived punctually at the Zhejiang Hotel lobby to pick us up. After we got in the car, the driver said that in addition to the booked fare, we needed to pay an extra 50 yuan for the return trip! The driver had contacted me the previous evening after I booked the car at 6 PM, but he hadn't mentioned any return trip fee then. This led to an argument with the driver. He claimed it was standard practice, while I argued he should have clarified it when he called me the day before (I purposefully booked via Trip.com knowing it was more expensive than private cars, precisely to avoid such haggling!).
At this point, a man in a white shirt from Zhejiang Hotel (I'm not sure if he was security or a bellhop) came over and shooed us away, telling us not to cause a disturbance! I want to ask this employee: when a hotel guest encounters a problem, shouldn't you be helping to resolve it? What right do you have to drive away customers? What was your motive and intention? Are you and the driver from the same hometown? Trying to scare out-of-town tourists? Is this how your Zhejiang culture and tourism department teaches you to trick visitors?
Then, a man in a suit came out, who I later learned was the manager of Zhejiang Hotel. And indeed, the manager's professionalism was evident! He first calmed us down and explained that such situations happen often and that the driver should have informed us in advance. This was precisely my point; I booked the car a day in advance to avoid any last-minute complications! I don't want to take advantage of anyone, and if the driver had told me the day before, I would have had many other options. Therefore, I urge the hotel to retrain that man in the white shirt! He was severely derelict in his duty and cast a bad light on the hotel!

✨✨xintiantian✨This was my first time in Wuzhen, and since I was driving and unfamiliar with parking, I tried to contact the hotel in advance, but couldn't get through – their phone just kept ringing. I reached out to Trip.com customer service, and they responded quickly, sending me directions and the exact location of the parking lot, which made navigation much easier. Big thanks to Trip.com! When I arrived at the Wuzhen customer service center at 1 PM, the parking lot was almost full, and the roads were closed off. I circled the scenic area entrance twice, unable to find a spot. I must give a special shout-out to the traffic police officer at the main entrance of Wuzhen; he was incredibly accommodating and moved the closed road barrier for me, allowing me to enter the multi-story parking garage smoothly. For first-time visitors like me, who struggle to find parking at the main gate, this officer's humane management was truly a lifesaver! Once I got to the hotel, all my previous frustrations vanished. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; I honestly think it's the best-located hotel I've ever chosen for a trip, making it super easy to explore Wuzhen. Although the room wasn't huge, it was spotlessly clean! The facilities were also well-thought-out, and even the cups on the vanity were beautiful!

Ffang8667This guesthouse is nestled in a mountain ravine, surrounded by bamboo groves. Both its exterior and room design are truly unique. It features a Japanese-style tea room and even a pastoral party setting. The rooms are largely decorated with natural wood, and with ceilings over 3 meters high, they offer a great sense of spaciousness, echoing the surrounding mountains and bamboo forests. The bed was soft and very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast selection was also thoughtfully prepared. The common areas are arranged in a relaxed yet cozy way, just like a large living room at home, and there are plenty of entertainment facilities. Staying here, far from the hustle and bustle, taking a stroll through the mountain bamboo forest, sipping tea, and simply relaxing, feels wonderful. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.
