We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giraffe Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully located in nature, very peaceful and scenic. Waking up surrounded by bamboo forest and seeing giraffes so close was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay. We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. We would love to come back again.

Het heeft onze vakantie in Hangzhou zeer goede herinnering achter gelaten. Ons verblijf van 5 dagen, een familie van 3 personen met twee kamers. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Marco van de receptie stond ons bij met hulp en instructie in het Engels te woord en hielp mee hoe om te gaan met WeChat en Alipay

Dit is mijn t****e verblijf in Xizi, ten eerste omdat het dicht bij mijn werklocatie ligt, en ten t****e omdat ik, hoewel ik een local ben, een conferentiegesprek moest voeren en niet gestoord wilde worden, vandaar mijn keuze om buiten de deur te verblijven! Faciliteiten: Klein maar fijn, de kamergrootte was precies goed voor mij. Service: Ik ben een slechte slaper buiten mijn eigen bed, en mijn slaapkwaliteit is dan erg slecht. Aangezien ik tot laat moest vergaderen, was dit een noodoplossing. Het hotel bood een late check-out tot 1 of 2 uur 's nachts, wat erg fijn was voor mij. Omgeving: Het was een hoge verdieping, dus geen last van de buitenwereld, en een weids uitzicht. Hygiëne: Erg schoon, en het bed was ook erg comfortabel. Voor toekomstige zakenreizen kies ik zeker weer dit hotel. Wie weet, als ik er vaker verblijf, wen ik eraan en slaap ik dan wel goed!

the Hotel/home-stay is right on the main waterway parallel to West Street. Close to all attractions, eateries and shops. I had a room facing West street. Could be quite noisy at night. Note hotel not accessible by car. Cars will stop in main square, involves 3 min walk to reach. During day time, there's a 95 yuan entry fee to old town daily. The room is basic, clean, well thought out, comfortable bed and chairs, functional toilet, built in hot/cold water dispenser. No breakfast provided. Very easy to find eateries close by The owner manager was very helpful, helped me carry luggage from hotel to parking lot. Very good value for money.

We waren met ons gezin van vier personen voor een diepgaande reis van 5 dagen en 4 nachten in Hangzhou. Na aankomst in het hotel op de eerste dag, ontdekten we dat de locatie uitstekend was, slechts 20 minuten met de taxi vanaf Hangzhou Oost Station. We hebben dan ook zonder aarzelen onze reservering met een vierde nacht verlengd. Het Westelijke Meer is op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand, waardoor de prachtige bezienswaardigheden van het Westelijke Meer binnen handbereik zijn. Grote winkelcentra zoals Intime in77, Hubin 88 en Gonglian CC zijn geweldig om rond te struinen, en metrostation Longxiang Bridge is ook vlakbij, wat reizen extreem gemakkelijk maakt. Het hotel heeft een extra grote projector, comfortabele kussens, onbeperkte verse koffie en popcorn, en versgebakken zoete aardappelen. Minpuntjes zijn dat sommige kamers niet goed geïsoleerd zijn en er soms een vreemde geur uit de badkamer komt. We hopen dat dit verbeterd kan worden.

I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception! Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

環境：酒店就在書聖故居旁邊，地理位置優越，去哪裡都很方便，店內環境乾淨又雅緻，很有設計感 服務：遇到的每個人都會主動打招呼，入住的時候送了歡迎水果，幸福指數飆升 設施：房間很新床品很乾凈，馬桶衞浴都是智能的，洗衣房，健身房，棋牌室都有。已加入收藏夾，下次來紹興還住這裏。

De ervaring was uitstekend. Hoewel het personeel dat niet Engels sprak zeer nuttig en deed een poging om met behulp van vertaaltoepassingen te communiceren. Ze waren ook zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. De kamer was zeer comfortabel, schoon en leek mooi. Het had alles wat het nodig had. Het hotel was ook zeer mooi. De locatie van het hotel is zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt was ook zeer goed en had een uitstekende presentatie, perfect voor een Instagram pic.

Room is clean and spacious. The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. A staff offered to show us to local restaurants and even took us walking to near-by 7-11. Also asked a female staff to help sending some postage. She was very nice even though she was busy with other guess and other errands. Both of them gave me great experience at the hotel ✨
