Cleanliness is pretty decent, but don’t expect the cleanliness of a 5* hotel. Bathroom shower walls are slightly moldy at the corners and edges, so if you’re a fussy traveler this may be a 3 or 4 rating. Depending on your requirements, this location can bea 5/5 or a 2/5. This is located far from Dukezong Ancient Town, and far from other restaurants. Scenery is great and quiet from the hustle and bustle , hence the potential 5/5 rating. But since it’s far from other places, food options and “shopping” are limited, hence the 2/5. The room we booked was quite far away from the lobby. It’s the furthest house located. Service is a 5/5. You’ll get full help with your butler carrying your luggage from your car arrival, all the way to your room, and from your room to the lobby when you checkout. Any issue? Just simply WeChat the group chat dedicated for your booking. You get free breakfast 2 choices. 1 porridge set with many side dishes. Or noodle soup. You get free afternoon tea with various choices (coconut latte was good) and a free ice cream cake. At night 8.30 onwards you get dessert soup which was great too. The afternoon tea and dessert soup can be delivered to your room. Not sure about breakfast, as we came out to the cafeteria to eat. Amenities are wonderful, 5/5. Don’t expect a swimming pool or gym here, but you’ll have activities for you to enjoy here without stepping out of the area. A small pool table near the lobby (albeit crapping conditions of the balls). Free sliced carrots provided to feed the farm animals (ducks, swans, goats, pony, donkey), but no feeding of carrots to the 3 doggies!! You also get to dress up in the traditional costume and get free photo shoot with 3 unedited photos for free (per room). If you want the edited photos, do expect to pay a sum (way more expensive than other market rates you can find outside) for it. The room has floor warmer and bed warmer which was great for the cold weather we experienced in end March. It was 0-10 degrees. The toilet was cold. The heating in toilet does not seem to work. So you have to brace the cold and take your shower. But the bed, floor and room was really warm. Hotel also have a restaurant which you can order food for lunch and dinner. But it’s a little on the pricey side. It would be better to ******* and order food delivery. But their restaurant food is surprisingly tasty. So if you don’t mind the price, can order from them. About 180 yuan for 1 meat and 1 vege dish. Overall experience was great. Love the service. If you want a chill time and not travel out to shopping areas, this is a great hotel for you to book. You get the enjoy the “pet farm” life and the nature.

De kamer was schoon en netjes! Het uitzicht buiten is geweldig! Omdat we haast hadden om de hogesnelheidstrein te halen, ontbeten we aanvankelijk om 7.30 uur, maar we spraken af ​​om om 7.00 uur al te ontbijten, dat was echt lekker! This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.

Veel mensen weten niet dat na Dalí's ecologische rode lijn-actie de enige B&B's aan het water in Shuanglang overblijven. Mijn verblijf in het Sanse Yunhe Erhai-filiaal was fantastisch! De locatie is perfect. Het terras van de kamer met zeezicht kijkt uit over het glinsterende meer, waardoor je vanuit bed prachtige zonsondergangen kunt bewonderen. Het interieur is opvallend, met groen verspreid over de binnenplaats en de witte architectuur die een minimalistische, luxueuze esthetiek oproept. Elke foto is een meesterwerk. De kamer was goed uitgerust en functioneel, het beddengoed was zacht en comfortabel, en de badkamerartikelen waren van hoge kwaliteit en heerlijk geurend. Ik heb er spijt van dat ik ze vergeten was mee te nemen toen ik vertrok. De netheid was onberispelijk, elk hoekje was brandschoon. Van de receptie tot het huishoudelijk personeel, iedereen was gastvrij en attent. Butler Wang was bijzonder attent en hielp proactief met bagage en reisroutes. De kamerprijs was inclusief een voortreffelijke afternoon tea en een dessert 's avonds. Het ontbijt was bijzonder prijzenswaardig, met een ruime keuze aan gerechten, waaronder heerlijke lokale rijstnoedels. De kinderen kregen ook een niet-pittige rijstnoedelschotel met kippenbouillon, waar ze dol op waren. Ik kreeg ook speciale souvenirs bij het uitchecken. De reisfotografieservice die ze aanbieden is ook geweldig. De fotografen zijn zeer kundig. Er zijn veel incheckplekken in de B&B zelf. De foto's die ze maken zijn sfeervol. Een echte aanrader!

Locatie: Dit hotel ligt echt super dicht bij het Yunnan-meer! U kunt op slechts een steenworp afstand genieten van het prachtige landschap van het Dianchi-meer. Of het nu de vroege ochtendzonsopgang of de avondzonsondergang is, u kunt genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht. En de omgeving is rustig, ideaal om te ontspannen. Kamer: De kamer is echt heel groot! De ruimte is ruim en licht en redelijk ingedeeld. De decoratiestijl is eenvoudig en stijlvol, waardoor mensen een zeer comfortabel gevoel krijgen. Het beddengoed was ook erg schoon en netjes, waardoor het bijzonder comfortabel was om op te slapen. Ook de faciliteiten op de kamer waren zeer compleet, met allerlei benodigdheden, wat volledig aan mijn wensen voldeed. Hygiëne: Ik moet opscheppen over de hygiëne van dit hotel, het is echt heel goed! Van de lobby tot de kamers, elke hoek werd vlekkeloos geveegd. Er hangt geen geur in het toilet, waardoor mensen zich zeer gerustgesteld voelen. Service: De service van het hotel is ook zeer attent. Het personeel is warm en vriendelijk, vriendelijke houding, eventuele vragen kunnen tijdig worden opgelost. Het in- en uitchecken was ook erg snel en efficiënt. Als u ook naar Dianchi Lake wilt komen voor een vakantie, of een comfortabele plek wilt vinden om te ontspannen, dan is dit hotel zeker de beste keuze voor u! Zusters, laten we gaan douchen!

De hotellobby biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de Yulong Sneeuwberg. De interne omgeving van het hotel is rustig, de geluidsisolatie is uitstekend en het ontbijt was ook zeer bevredigend. Het is zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen of voor een ontspannen vakantie, het was een zeer aangename ervaring. De locatie van het hotel is erg gunstig en er zijn veel voorzieningen in de omgeving. Voor het diner zijn er veel keuzes in het hotelrestaurant, de service was attent en het eten was heerlijk. De lobby is prachtig, de hoteltuinen zijn karakteristiek met veel groen, het beddengoed in de kamers is zeer comfortabel en de inrichting van de kamers is ook comfortabel en gezellig, met goede geluidsisolatie. Alle medewerkers van het hotel waren warm en attent, en Bella had een uitstekende servicehouding.

Heel goed en zeer tevreden. De binnenplaats in Chinese stijl is erg rustig, met een bruggetje en stromend water; het is er heerlijk om rond te wandelen. De kamer heeft uitzicht op de Jade Dragon Snow Mountain vanuit het raam; de locatie is uitstekend. Het eten in het hotel is ook heerlijk en redelijk geprijsd. Al met al een zeer bevredigende ervaring.

Tijdens mijn paar dagen reizen in [Kunming] was ik enorm onder de indruk van het [S Hotel] waar ik verbleef. Vanaf het moment dat u het hotel binnenstapt, voelt u de warme en attente service. De hotelkamers zijn ruim, licht, warm en comfortabel. De bedden zijn zacht en schoon, waardoor u verzekerd bent van een goede nachtrust. De faciliteiten in de kamer zijn allemaal beschikbaar en van hoge kwaliteit. Of het nu gaat om airconditioning, tv of badkamerapparatuur, ze werken allemaal goed en bieden veel gemak voor de mensen. Het Franse merk Roseline voor toiletartikelen en 6080 voor beddengoed verraden allemaal de controle van de hotelmanager over de details. De vriendelijke houding van het personeel bij de receptie zorgt ervoor dat mensen zich bijzonder gelukkig voelen terwijl ze van hun vakantie genieten. De geografische ligging is zelfs nog voordeliger. Niet ver weg ligt Kunming Old Street, de meest welvarende en levendige kernattracties, die te voet bereikbaar zijn, wat veel tijd en energie bespaart. Daarnaast biedt het hotel ook een reeks recreatie- en amu*****tsfaciliteiten, zoals rozenfotomuren van internetberoemdheden, zitplaatsen buiten, enz., zodat gasten na het spelen kunnen ontspannen en genieten van de vakantie. Kortom, deze reis in [Kunming] werd nog perfecter omdat ik voor [S Hotel] koos. Een aanrader voor andere vrienden die van plan zijn hier te bezoeken!

We have been visiting the Pullman Resort during our Golden Week Holiday. The hotel was quite empty despite the festival season. We also know the Pullman in Sanya Bay well and were somewhat disappointed of the one in Xishuangbanna. Overall, the hotel was way too expensive for the provided quality and services, we cannot recommend it. Pro: The hotel has been a nice choice due to its rooms in good conditions but nothing “special”. + The location is a bit outside of Jinghong - so it’s quiet and green, you can do nice small walks in the area of the resort + Since it wasn’t full, you could easily get some space during breakfast + The breakfast was quite nice (but monotonous after 3 days). + Very nice of the breakfast staff: in the last morning they provided us some bacon since the children were looking for it Cons: General: - The service level was not good at many places of the hotel: - No English speaking staff in the hotel. Especially at the reception it’s a big disadvantage - No shuttle service to public spaces - In the area are not many shops or restaurants and at least many were closed during our stay (maybe because of Golden Week) - The outside breakfast area is not nice and you are more or less forced to sit inside due to pest control during morning - The intensity of pest control was terrible; every day they sprayed somewhere in the hotel chemicals. During the morning the garden was fully covered in smog of chemicals and you cannot go outside; even inside the breakfast area you could smell it; one day in the afternoon the entrance street to the street was fully covered with smog and it was almost impossible to walk through there, due to pest control the whole garden is literally dead, don’t expect nice butterflies or dragonflies - it’s all gone (see the first picture) The pool service is poor for many reasons: - You cannot order any food or drink at the pool; - They don’t have any seat mattresses/cover, you have to sit on the blank chairs - The number of seats at the pool is very limited, even when the hotel was not full, not every person could get a seat - The sunshade umbrellas are useless as they cannot be moved or changed and their direction does not protect well against the sun - The requirement to wear a swimming cap is strange and everyone needed to buy one… Overall: We cannot recommend the hotel for higher price, if you get it for low price it’s a good deal but look for some alternative if you can.

Good location. Staff were polite and responsive to our requests. Good views of the garden from our room at level 5. However, we experienced a blackout on our first night. It was winter, close to zero degrees at 2+am and the lights and heater werent working at all. It took them more than 4hrs to get the electricity back on. There was no compensation and explanation given by the hotel. The blackout also caused the hotel walkway and lifts to stop working. We had to navigate using our own torchlights and make our way up and down using stairs. The free gift was not clear as it stated there’s car rental and charter service for surrounding tours under the free gift section at the booking page but it turns out that those werent free - there’s additional charge to it and its not cheap. The kettle in the room was not clean as wriggling particles can be seen in boiling water. The heater was not strategically placed near the bed - it is above the bathtub, which is quite far from the bed. During winter, the room was quite cold and we had to resort to using hairdryers to warm the room. Everytime we enter the room, there’s a foul cigarette smell that does not seem to go away. We had to leave the main door open for quite some time before the smell dissipates. Nevertheless, the receptionist was kind enough to give us directions to nearby attractions.
