Romantic hotels in Taiwan, China

De locatie ligt vrij dicht bij het voetgangersgebied Ximen en er is een bushalte aan de overkant, wat handig is voor vervoer... Maar er zijn veel zangers in de buurt. Je kunt rond twee uur 's middags buiten de deur gelach en geklets horen ochtend... Er zijn geen binnenpantoffels. Er zitten verdachte vlekken op de badhanddoeken. De airconditioner lekt naar de vaste föhn en de telefoon hieronder☎️Het is een beetje gevaarlijk... maar deze prijs wordt beschouwd als een verblijf van zeer hoge kwaliteit. geschikt voor reizigers met een laag budget

Het hotel zelf is over het algemeen prima. Er is een grote en erg leuke speeltuin voor kinderen, hoewel die tijdens de lunch sluit. Het nabijgelegen strand is heel anders dan op de foto's op de website van het hotel – het is beter om af te gaan op de foto's in de recensies. Het ontbijt zou voor deze prijs ook aanzienlijk beter kunnen. De grootste teleurstelling was het personeel, met name bij de receptie. Bij het inchecken kregen we geen informatie over de programma's of het beschikbare entertainment. Toen we een dag eerder moesten vertrekken vanwege ziekte, vroeg niemand waarom of bood niemand aan om ons ontbijt te vergoeden. Het leek vreemd dat hoe hoger de sterrenclassificatie van een hotel in Taiwan, hoe minder aandacht er aan de gasten wordt besteed. Ter vergelijking: we verbleven in Kaohsiung voor 1100 TWD per nacht en de service daar was veel beter. Dit is geen klaagzang, maar eerder een teleurstelling. We hoopten op een ontspannen vakantie weg van de drukte van grote steden, maar we zijn uiteindelijk eerder uit dit hotel vertrokken en teruggegaan naar de stad.

Zeer bevredigende ervaring, mijn familie vindt het allemaal leuk. Mijn familie houdt van de kamer en inrichting op de t****e verdieping met frontaal uitzicht op de zee. De kamers op de eerste verdieping hebben uitzicht op de tuin maar geen uitzicht op zee, er zijn geen deuren tussen de badkamer, het toilet en het bed op de eerste verdieping, waardoor de privacy niet goed is en de geur van poep naar buiten kan komen; familie klaagt een beetje. De locatie is erg goed. Het steegje dat je vanaf de hoofdweg bereikt, is erg klein, dus je zult het missen als je niet oppast. (De ingang van het steegje bevindt zich naast de bushalte bij de ingang van Kenting National Park) Nadat u het steegje bent binnengegaan, gaat u rechtsaf. De weg wordt breder en gemakkelijker te rijden. U ziet al snel het bord Douda aan de linkerkant. Het ligt heel dicht bij het recreatiegebied Nanwan; het is ook dichtbij het rijden van het hotel naar het fusionfood-restaurant aan de overkant, eigendom van een Fransman in Parijs.

We stayed 5 days in Taichung for our pre-wedding shoot, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Just a 10-minute walk to Wernar Wedding, and everything else we wanted to explore was nearby. Morning strolls to Third Market for breakfast, a sweet stop at Miyahara for ice cream, a fun baking session at the Sun Cake Museum, and night walks to Yizhong Market for food. Loved how walkable everything was! The only bad thing is that there is not enough space to open luggage.

Amanda Hotel is a very special hotel. Although it is a small hotel, there is a lift that is very convenient for the guests with the elderly. We stayed at the Rose suite that continues 2 bedrooms. The hotel also provides the Aladdin costume for renting to the hotel guests during the stay. The indoor swimming pool &the games in the game room are all complimentary. This is a highly recommended hotel in Kenting.

Love the room! Spacious because we get the corner room and the toilet is nice! Room is clean and very nice to sleep in. Location is not exactly in the center but is still very very near to everywhere if travelling by car/uber/taxi.

From arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation! P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

Such a beautiful and luxurious hotel/hostel! It’s so affordable and I loved all sorts of travelers would gather there, from bike packers to city and local people. For the price, having a double bed with ensuite was real luxury, too! I was a bit worried about the shower which some people had complained about but it was all perfectly fine and smartly designed so even your toilet paper would stay water safe! And you can always ask for extra towels to wipe around the shower. Also, If you’re considering a longer stay - the kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances!

De Illy koffie en thee aan de bar zijn gratis. - De Aromase showergel en shampoo in de badkamer ruiken heerlijk! - Het toilet is erg ruim en heeft een bidet, ik ben er gek op! - De geboekte Elite Family Room is erg ruim en biedt plaats aan 4 personen zonder krap te zijn, perfect voor reizigers met ouderen. - Het is 5 minuten lopen naar het Banqiao treinstation en het hogesnelheidsstation, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om overal te komen 😍. - Beneden zijn er op 2 minuten loopafstand een FamilyMart en Eslite, erg handig. - Bij binnenkomst in de lobby word je vriendelijk begroet door het hotelpersoneel, dat eventuele vragen geduldig beantwoordt. Soms helpen ze je zelfs met de lift, haha.

I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.
