"Voordelen De kamer die we boekten had een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad. Er zijn veel lokale winkels en restaurants die echt betaalbaar zijn en heerlijk authentiek eten serveren. Het hotel ligt vlakbij bushaltes. Nadelen De matrassen en kussens zijn aan vervanging toe. Ze worden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt als je meerdere nachten verblijft. Geen minikoelkast. Ik zou zeggen dat je krijgt waar je voor betaalt. Dus omdat het goedkoop is, had ik er niet veel van verwacht."

"It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service.The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast.But I choose the standard room no smoking,but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices.And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!"

The Golden Reel and water park are super convenient for entertaining kids, making it a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and fun. I had a very pleasant stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a nice view. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities, like the pool, were well-maintained and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is a bit quieter and a little further from the busiest tourist areas, but the main attractions are easily accessible by taxi or public transport. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

Once you get familiar with the accommodation, getting around is convenient, but it's so big that it's a hassle to go out and come back in, or leave again, after just one outing. However, compared to other accommodations, a major plus was being able to use the food court or the 3rd-floor shopping mall (the one with the sky ceiling) during off-peak hours like early morning or late at night, and frequently visiting establishments like BeiFang Guan, Five Guys, Lord Stow's, and The Coffee Academics.

I stayed only for 1 night and I was kindly upgraded to a double room. The location is wonderful! Reception is friendly and nice. Deposit is required (do not forget some cash). Breakfast is in Chinese style, so in my opinion for westerners it is better to have some food somewhere else. The room itself is quite comfy and fine. However, there's no desk, which might be a problem for traveling remote workers. The carpet, as in many Chinese hotels, seems never be washed or beaten. There’s a bath 🛁, but the tap and showerhead in the room 905 seems need to be fixed (actually seems like better be changed), because of the water pressure issue and limescale. But it is a good value for money though 💰

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very friendly. The best part was having USB outlets next to the bed, so I didn't need to bring an adapter. The location is great, just a three-minute walk from Grand Lisboa and also very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, but we could just leave our luggage at the front desk and go out to explore. We did the same when we checked out, leaving our bags at the front desk to do some last-minute gift shopping. A fantastic experience overall!

The best family-friendly hotel in Macau! The front desk staff were very welcoming and even told us about nearby attractions and how long it takes to get to the border gate by car. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Our room had amenities prepared for children, including slippers and mini bathrobes, which was a thoughtful touch. The small tent was adorable, and they even gave us a doll – my kids absolutely loved it (100% approval!). The two adults and two children received complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck: the water park was fantastic and came with life vests. The mini-bar was well-stocked and free. We also had free access to the 'Kids' Fun Zone' at Galaxy Kids, limited to two adults and two children per room: they had many fun craft activities, but you definitely need to book in advance. Plus, there are plenty of delicious food options downstairs!

The room was very spacious and even had a bathtub, which the kids loved. It's really close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, making it super convenient to get to The Venetian, then head to The Parisian for photos of the Eiffel Tower, hit The Londoner for some Instagram-worthy shots, walk to Rua do Cunha for snacks, visit the Taipa Houses Museum for more photos, and finally, take the cable car at Wynn Palace in the evening to see the night view. Plus, you can catch a free shuttle from the StarWorld Hotel across the street! We had some rain this trip and missed out on a few sights, so we'll definitely have to come back again!
