Ze worden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt als je meerdere nachten verblijft.

Ik zou zeggen dat je krijgt waar je voor betaalt. Dus omdat het goedkoop is, had ik er niet veel van verwacht."

"It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service.The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast.But I choose the standard room no smoking,but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices.And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!"

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and attractions, yet still quiet at night. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness throughout the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

KKuailezhilurenCame to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.**
**Environment & Amenities**
✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new.
✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable.
✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable.
⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.**
**Design & Service**
✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high.
⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary.
⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient.
**Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable.

GGuest UserFirst time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

JJulia_cnhzThis time, I stayed at The Venetian Macao with my kids, and the hotel service was truly exceptional and thoughtful. Even before we checked in, a hotel staff member named Valentina contacted me to provide directions. Since there was a typhoon approaching, she patiently answered my questions about whether it would affect transportation in the days leading up to our arrival. The Venetian is huge, and with a concert going on, it was very crowded, and our room was quite a distance from the front desk. Upon arrival, Neon, another hotel staff member, helped us with our luggage to the room. Ms. Rosie guided us all the way to our room and, seeing that we had children, thoughtfully sent up two extra sets of toiletries, along with a surprise welcome snack and fruit. The night before we left, she specially contacted me to help calculate the total time needed to get to the port for the high-speed rail and recommended a departure time for the next day. On the day we left, Ms. Irene and a male staff member were waiting for us outside, helped us with our luggage, checked us out, and even escorted us to our car. They also gave my child a teddy bear as a souvenir. I truly loved the hotel's warm and attentive service, and I'll definitely choose to stay at The Venetian again next time!

YYuezilingweiI stayed at the Kyoto Hotel Macau yesterday, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau. The hotel boasts an excellent location on Avenida da Praia Grande, directly across from the New Yaohan department store. It's just a ten-minute walk to Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of local eateries nearby, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient.
The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth, with detailed and thoughtful explanations. My room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The room was well-equipped and brightly lit with natural light.
This hotel offers great value for money, saving time and effort for travel, dining, and sightseeing. It's perfect for both short overnight stays and quick getaways. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Macau.

GGuest UserWe randomly chosen this hotel in Trip.com, but the hotel did not disappointed us. The hotel location was just opposite the Grand Lisboa building. There were a lot of f&b, convinience store, banks, fashion shops around.
The hotel restaurant foods is highly recommended, delicious and was big portion. The housekeeping staff who service our floor was very helpful, very keen to asked us whether to make up our room 👍🏻

GGuest UserI've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

GGuest UserThe Emperor Hotel is ideally located right next to the StarWorld, Wynn, and Fortuna casinos. There's a 24-hour supermarket and plenty of restaurants next door, which is incredibly convenient! The front desk and housekeeping staff are very patient and provide excellent service. They offer various room upgrades, and the value for money is outstanding. This is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau! 👏🏻

PPP100This hotel is incredibly thoughtful. From specially arranging a high-floor room with a view of the Wynn Fountain, to constant communication regarding airport pick-up, and then having a dedicated receptionist escort us to our room upon arrival to explain the amenities and recommend travel routes – everything was perfect! The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful, especially with fewer people, making for a comfortable dining experience. Plus, the mattress was fantastic, providing great support after a long day, allowing for a very peaceful sleep! I'll definitely be back!
