A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style."

"Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym."

"Ons verblijf was uitstekend. De locatie is erg dicht bij Guangmingding (Bright Peak) en de faciliteiten zijn goed. Vooral de verwarming was fantastisch; hoewel het in maart nog ijzig koud was op de berg, was het heerlijk warm en gezellig in het hotel. Omdat het rond Internationale Vrouwendag erg druk was, konden we geen aaneengesloten familiekamer boeken. Toen we van kamer wisselden, vergaten we wat kleding. Pas bij het uitchecken herinnerden we ons dit en de medewerkers van de receptie waren ontzettend snel met het oplossen hiervan. Tijdens het wachten raakte mijn kind, dat net een gedicht over de vreemde rotsformaties van de Huangshan reciteerde, in gesprek met een ********* gast en kreeg chocolade aangeboden. Om geen spelbreker te zijn, accepteerden we dit vrolijk. Later realiseerde ik me echter dat wij naar beneden gingen, terwijl hij misschien nog een paar dagen bleef en de energie goed kon gebruiken. Ik voelde me er wat ongemakkelijk over, maar op weg naar beneden kwamen we bergdragers tegen en deelde de chocolade met hen, wat me erg blij maakte. Zo gaven we de vriendelijkheid door! We hebben ook de wolkenzee en de zonsopgang gezien. Het was een zeer plezierige reis."

"Het pension in het park was rustig en prachtig, en tevens een populair café. Ik genoot enorm van het uitzicht op het weelderige groen vanuit het raam. De inrichting van de kamer kwam perfect overeen met de foto's van het hotel, en de Dyson camcorder en projector pasten er perfect bij. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. De gratis thee was fantastisch, en er was zelfs een schattige goudkleurige hond genaamd Dada die ons gezelschap hield tijdens het theedrinken, haha! De service was ook uitstekend; een knappe jongeman bleef tot laat wachten en hielp ons met al onze bagage. Ik kijk ernaar uit om hier nog eens te verblijven!"

Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future."

"Right by the Shi River, this is a large complex with a cloistered, garden-style design, reminiscent of the Winding Stream Orchid Pavilion. Upon entering the lobby, the interplay of light and shadow is immediately pleasing, with dappled reflections from the water mirroring the river outside. Even the basic rooms are spacious and come with a scenic balcony. The in-room lighting is intelligently controlled, including brightness, and features branded bathroom fixtures. The bedding has a high thread count, and the mattress is comfortable. **Service:** I checked in on August 1st, coincidentally in Jinzhai, a place deeply connected to the People's Army. The front desk mentioned it had just opened, which made for a very meaningful experience. All services are smart app-based, with quick responses – no need to even make a call; just a few taps for swift room service. **Value for Money:** I've stayed at several Kaiyuan hotels, including their high-end Fuchun Fangwai, but this one left the strongest impression, from service to facilities. I especially want to mention the breakfast; the quality wasn't compromised just because they recently opened. The variety is diverse, and the noodle bar is particularly delicious, haha. You could absolutely enjoy a staycation here."

Het eten in het hotel was geweldig, de drie gerechten die we 's avonds bestelden waren allemaal heerlijk. Het ontbijt is ook behoorlijk uitgebreid. Ze hebben alles wat standaard is in vijfsterrenhotels aan de voet van de berg. In de balkonkamer met internetberoemdheid kunt u genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op Danxia Peak terwijl u op het balkon zit. Deze keer had ik veel geluk en zag ik de zonsondergang. Speciale dank aan de butler Xiao Zhang.
