Staffs are nice, helpful and polite.
Good location, within walking distance to Sense City for food and groceries.
Clean and spacious room, although there were some tiny bugs and ants.
Breakfast was OK. Good selection of food, same as my previous visits, but this time the food was a bit cold and chewy, perhaps it was just an off day.
My only complaint is the floor in the shower is very slippery. This is my 3rd or 4th visit and I always remind myself to bring shower slippers, but I keep forgetting.
Like I said, been here a few times already, always a pleasant experience. Leaving a review this time because the staff noticed it was my birthday and left a fruit platter in my room. Appreciate the nice gesture.

Превосходный отель, все новое, всё чисто и аккуратно. Установлено современная система вентиляции и кондиционирования что сейчас редко встретишь в отелях среднего ценового сегмента . Есть бассейн, мы плавали когда было время и было очень жарко, на завтрак было ограниченное количество блюд но нам вполне этого хватало, все было вкусно и свежее. Расположение отеля прямо на берегу реки что делает пребывание необычным, и прям рядом с отелем находятся местные жители с которыми можно отведать их местную кухню и поиграть с их детьми, также у отеля можно заказать экскурсию, но к сожалению сотрудники ресепшена очень плохо нас понимали о наших желаниях, мы не смогли понять куда ездил шатал бас, также нас не смогли подбросить до места отправления хотя сотрудник очень скучал все два дня. Управляющий отеля очень милый всегда здоровался и спрашивал как у нас дела в общем отель рекомендую .

Le jardin et les parties communes de l'hotel, bar, piscine, restaurant sont très agréables. En revanche les chambres sont très rudimentaires surtout la salle de bain.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très fourni et très basique, il pourrait être largement amélioré. c'est le plus mauvais que nous ayons eu sur 15 jours de séjour au vietnam sur des hotesl de cette catégorie.

빈롱에 있는 4성급 호텔이지만 세월이 흐르면서 낡은 느낌이 있습니다. 빈롱 호텔 중에서는 가장 좋은 호텔이라고 합니다.
메콩강 조망이 나오는 객실이 좋을 것 같습니다.

WWuxiansenAmoiThe second stay, the first time I didn't have time to take too many photos. In fact, it was newly opened, the stay experience was not bad, the breakfast was a lot of choices for the first time, and the second time it became a small menu, but fortunately there was free bread and salad to choose from. Dinner was also experienced here once, the overall feeling is not bad, is Vietnam's small exquisite!

GGall AnonimAmazing! What a nice surprise after a disappointing stay in another hotel closer to the center. Riverside is a mega hotel, very clean, great view of the Mekong - they squeezed the most out of it :) Good food, free welcome drinks, free coconut masks plus foot treatment. Plus free bikes, gym, playgrounds. I definitely recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel's garden and common areas like the bar, pool, and restaurant are very pleasant. However, the rooms are quite basic, especially the bathroom. The breakfast isn't very substantial and is quite basic; it could be significantly improved. It was the worst breakfast we had during our 15-day stay in Vietnam at hotels of this category.
