Good location,excellent customer service. The room is big with modern design, complete with electric kettle(with the usual coffee,tea & sugar) & small fridge. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. It’s a nice touch that they put the guest’s name in the room’s t.v & a small card from the housekeeping staff. I was happy with the cleanliness, until I saw a stain in the duvet/comforter (which looks like an old blood). I only saw it on the morning of check-out when the duvet cover accidentally opened when i was tidying-up the bed. I mentioned it to the reception staff & she said she will feedback to the housekeeping.

Spa shouldn’t be listed as an amenity if it’s an extra 65€ fee. This hotel was generally overpriced for the quality offered. Room was a bit shabby.
Breakfast was not the best and could get quite overcrowded.
The lunch menu was reasonable for 10€.

Thats where any good ends.
Breakfast can only be described as chaos. No tables etc so had to make do with a takeaway coffee and just a croissant in the reception area.
Pool area far too busy.
On NYD everything closed at 8pm, no bar open and staff made it clear they wanted you gone.
Wine in vespaio bar served warm.
Disturbed throughout night by other guests in early hours coming and going.

Het hotel is niet gelegen in het centrum van Bratislava, maar het heeft zeer goede vervoerstoegankelijkheid. Het spoorwegstation en het centrale busstation zijn dichtbij. De kamer was gezellig, schoon en het ontwerp is modern. Ik had geen klachten over de werking van elektronische apparaten of loodgieters. Ik zou het hotel graag de hoogste score geven, maar we werden vroeg inchecken geweigerd (we kwamen buiten het hoge toerismeseizoen, en ik twijfel er niet aan dat het hotel geen kamers had). Ik beveel dit hotel echter aan.

De locatie van het hotel is zeer goed, net aan de rand van de Dozen River, op de balkon van het hotel kunt u de prachtige Dozen River zien, het ontbijt is in de regels, de lobbyservice is goed, de eerste avond van de nacht verblijft, ontdekt dat de hotelbedden niet schoon zijn, de volgende dag vroeg op de receptie, alle bedden zijn tijdig vervangen, de houding is goed

GGuest UserThe hotel is not located in the very center of Bratislava, but it has very good transport accessibility. The railway station and the central bus station are nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and the design is modern. I had no complaints about the operation of electronic devices or plumbing. I would gladly give the hotel the highest score, but we were denied early check-in (we arrived outside the high tourist season, and I doubt that the hotel had no available rooms). Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel.

BBennyI didn't know it was a Starwood hotel when I booked, so the quality was still guaranteed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was very rich and very satisfied! The only downside is that it is a bit far from the old town, but it is good to walk along the Danube for more than 10 minutes!

Free access to the welness & fitnes was also very welcome after a long yourney in bad weather.
Because we had a limited time for diner also that was very fine solved.
The breakfast was also a pleasure to make use of!

GGuest UserThis is a typical 1970s hotel. It probably started out as a dormitory, given its proximity to an oil refinery. The service is modest, and the room is small, like a 'Khrushchevka' (a small, mass-produced apartment), but it's clean. The main downside is the incredibly loud slamming of the room doors. It seems to be a design flaw; even with door closers installed, the doors bang against the frame with a loud thud that's amplified by the echo of the long corridor.
Otherwise, the breakfast is quite decent, as long as you avoid the rush (most people go to eat around 8:30 AM, which leads to overcrowding, no available seats, and food not being refilled quickly enough). For my taste, the only thing missing was milk. And while the hotel is a bit out of the way, there's a bus stop about 100 meters away with buses to the city center every 15 minutes.
We didn't use the hotel's parking. There's free street parking available just around the corner.

The service didn't feel much, except for the communication with the front desk at check-in and check-out, there was nothing else to communicate with the staff.
