Bardzo udany pobyt.Korzystałam podczas podróży służbowej.Pokoje są dobrze wyposażone,klimatyzowane i ciekawie stylizowane,dla gości jest dostępny basen,jaccuzi oraz sauna.Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone,sporo owoców i ciast,a także duży wybór soków i jogurtów,bardzo dobra kawa.Przy obiekcie znajduje się płatny oraz bezpłatny parking.Dobra lokalizacja,blisko Stadionu Śląskiego,Legendii,Parku Śląskiego,a także blisko do głównej drogi,skąd niedaleko do Katowic.Bardzo polecam ten hotel.to był udany pobyt.

Basen dostepny na 2godz to jakas pomyłka. To jest basen hotelowy czy plywalnia ogolnodostepna? Mam ograniczony czas a pozniej doplata! Za co brane sa te pieniadze skoro sauna platna a basen bezplatny tylko 2 godz. Obsluga w barze lobby dramat czeka sie na napoje 30 min i jeszcze zdziwnie ze nie zostaly przyniesione. Sytuacja miala miejsce 2 krotnie wiec to nie byl przypadek. Rezerwacja w hotelowej restauracji to tez stanie pod wejsciem bo nikt nie odbiera telefonu od gosci z pokoju a na recepcji twierdza ze lokal ma full rezerwacji z czego okazalo sie ze dalo sie wejsc po odczekaniu paru minut a kilkanascie stolikow bylo puste i nie mieli gosci. Brak organizacji i przede wszystkim pravownicy sa wogole nie przeszkoleni i na kazdym kroku sa jakies bledy.

Wszystko prawidłowo. Śniadania świetne, bardzo dobre i wysoko jakościowe jedzenie. Pokoje prawidłowo zaprojektowane, przestronne, chyba każdy pokój ma widok na góry. W okolicach trasy rowerowe, stok narciarski kawałek dalej - do przejechania samochodem/busem. Fajny parking podziemny. W godzinach szczytu na windy trzeba dłużej poczekać, a jak już przyjadą to przepełnione.

Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting.
We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument.
We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two.
The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty.
The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish.
Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

Mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu.Bardzo dużo podróżuje,lecz rzadko trafiam na aż tak cudowne miejsca.Poczynajac od obsługi,czystości,wystroju wnętrz i świetnego SPA.Minusem dla mnie jest restauracja Polka,z wysokimi cenami i bardzo przeciętnym jedzeniem,aczkolwiek miła obsługa i świetnym wystrojem.Przepiekny kameralny hotel położony w pięknym miejscu.Bede wracał!!!

Pokój 2os standard, czysto, nowocześnie, jest wszystko co potrzebne, klimatyzacja, lodówka, balkon, bardzo wygodne łóżka, łazience przydałoby się małe odświeżenie, ale ogólnie jest fajnie. Basen ok, przydałby się duży baner przypominający Grażynkom, żeby wziąć prysznic przed wejściem do wody ;) Obsługa bardzo miła, ogólnie wypad udany. Na minus śniadania - jajecznica z proszku itp, bardzo średnio, sytuację ratują owoce, dobre pieczywo oraz kawa. Kasowanie 25zl za parking, gdy doba kosztuje ponad 500zl (pokój rodzinny ponad 800) trochę słabe. Na dole dla dzieciaków dostępne X-Boxy - super! Jest też bilard, ale w opłakanym stanie.

When we arrived, I immediately went down to the sauna and pool (that's the only reason I booked there) and we discovered that the sauna was not active and it took a while until they activated it and it was possible to use it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception is fast and good, and the check-out is in the morning.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was truly exceptional. A huge variety of everything for everyone. Big plus for the waffle maker, the kids absolutely loved it. We didn't have a chance to use the other hotel amenities, so I can't comment on those. The hotel room was fine, and the bed was comfortable. It was clean. Good location. I recommend this hotel.

AAleksander500Hotel przypomina bardziej dom wczasowy z dużą ilością dzieci i grup firmowych.Dostalem upgrate do pokoju wyższej kategorii za co bardzo dziękuję.Poprawila się jakość obsługi recepcji!!! W restauracji bardzo dobre ceny!!! Wygodne łóżko i czystość.Mimo pewnych uciążliwości związanych ze spotkaniem firmowym,przyjemny pobyt i uczucie sielskosci;) Idealna odległość do spaceru do centrum Ustronia.Z pewnością odwiedzę Państwa kolejny raz.

AAnonymous UserVery happy journey, a beautiful and quiet city hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and helps us find authentic Polish food. The hotel has opened a free music festival for five days in a row. This makes the Chinese feel very lucky. Downstairs is a dining street. Various cuisines come to Kato next time. Still living here

MMariusz SzczotkaVery successful stay.I used during my business trip.The rooms are well equipped, air-conditioned and interestingly stylized,the guests have a pool,jacket and sauna.Breakfast is very diverse,a lot of fruit and cakes, and a large selection of juices and yoghurts,very good coffee.There is a free and free parking near the property.Good location,near the Silesian Stadium,Legend, Silesian Park,and close to the main road, I highly recommend this hotel.It was a good stay.

GGuest UserEverything is right. Breakfast is great, very good and high-quality food. Rooms are properly designed, spacious, I think every room has a view of the mountains. Nearby bicycle routes, skiing pile is a piece further - to drive by car/bus. Nice underground parking. In the hours of the peak on the elevators you have to wait longer and when they arrive it is filled.
