Het hotel is goed gepresenteerd, met een nieuwe en gastvrije lobby en een goed restaurant. Het hotel heeft een kleine speeltuin voor kinderen en een bruikbaar binnenzwembad. Ik heb wat klachten gelezen over de te koude watertemperatuur, maar in werkelijkheid is het dezelfde temperatuur als veel andere reguliere zwembaden. De kamers zijn schoon en rustig, het enige minpuntje is het gebrek aan kleine voorzieningen die ik van een viersterrenhotel zou verwachten, zoals gratis slippers, hangers in de kast en een werkende föhn. De voorzieningen op de kamer zijn niet handig, dus ik raad aan om je eigen voorzieningen mee te nemen. Het personeel is altijd behulpzaam geweest. Wat betreft de kilheid die sommige gasten opmerkten: we hebben gemerkt dat dit een kenmerk is van de hele stad; het is waarschijnlijk iets waar wij Italianen meer aandacht aan besteden, omdat we er anders aan gewend zijn. Al met al raad ik het aan.

Ik zou een perfecte beoordeling voor het hotel hebben gegeven, maar mijn uitcheckervaring was niet goed omdat ik 50 euro meer moest betalen dan de bedoeling was. De meisjes bij de receptie gaven trip.com de schuld en vroegen zich zelfs af of ik andere diensten via de website had besteld, ook al bracht het hotel mij kosten in rekening. Omdat ze niet konden achterhalen waarom ze mij meer in rekening brachten, vroegen ze me een e-mail te schrijven naar de beheerder van het hotel. Hij loste het probleem op en betaalde het teveel betaalde bedrag terug, maar de stress bij het uitchecken bezorgde mij angst. Verder is de hotelkamer erg mooi en groot en ligt de locatie in een rustige buurt tegenover een park, gemakkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Ik heb niet ontbeten in het hotel, maar er zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Leuke touch - capsule-koffiezetapparaat in de kamer en gratis koffie in de lobby.

Hotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

Het was fijn dat het erg schoon was en op veel manieren uitgerust was.
Het is niet gebruikelijk dat Europese hotels een verscheidenheid aan items in de badkamer hebben, maar deze had het allemaal. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en aardig, maar de locatie van het hotel maakte het moeilijk om het openbaar vervoer te gebruiken. Het is een beetje ver van de tram- of bushalte en er zijn geen commerciële gebieden in de buurt.
Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer goed. Er is een toegewijde chef-kok die het eten meteen voor u kookt.

Bardzo miła obsługa i nie robiąca jakichkolwiek problemów z niczym. Począwszy od recepcji przez panie sprzątające a skończywszy na restauracji wszystko super. Wszystko ogarniają a przy tym są niewidoczni więc czujesz się jak u siebie. Wspaniałe miejsce. Kuchnia pyszna, a śniadania po 4 dniach nam się znudziły ale jak to śniadania w hotelu..

Достаточно неплохой отель. Понравился ресторан. Мы брали люкс, нас все удовлетворило. Есть проблема в SPA: 1) работает только с 16 вечера.. 2) отель продаёт абонементы для доступа в свой SPA местным «аборигенам», которые живут в соседнем городке. Поэтому вечером людей там очень много, которые не умеют себя нормально вести. Вообщем вы спокойного отдыха в SPA не ждите!

Отличный отель. Персонал так себе) Просила тихий номер- дали номер с окнами на детскую площадку! ))) А так отель любим!!! Был день рождения- не поздравили…Вообще впечатление такое что отель за эти несколько лет не развивается, а деградирует… жаль! Мы его искренне любили… приедем ли еще?! Не знаю… скорее нет, чем да.

We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant.
The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.

SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

AalbertltAn amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, the service staff is friendly, the room is located on the side, there are two balconies in the room that you can walk to and from, the sunlight shines into the room and it is very comfortable. It is highly recommended to stay here when visiting Krakow.

TThe Travel GuyThe location is unbeatable and you can’t get any more convenient than this. Everything is right outside of the hotel but still on a quiet road. Even is 4 years old the hotel feel new and clean. Spacious rooms comfy bed. Large size bathroom.

BBiljana LukićHotel has excellent location, near the river, train station, tram stations. We enjoyed walking in the morning near the river, then accros the bridges to the Kazimirec or the mearest tram station to old town. Breakfast is very tasty and rich, we loved it, lunch was very good also. French fries is very special and simply great, my son loved it. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, we got clean towels every day when requested. In our room we only had body soap, no shampoo,conditionet, body milk. I think it would be very useful for guests that are coming by plane on a weekend trip. Usually we do not have space for this kind of cosmetics so it is helpful when you get it in the hotel.
