"Het hotel is nieuw en mooi, de kamers zijn groot en comfortabel, het uitzicht is geweldig, het ontbijt is heerlijk en het personeel is vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt echter aan de andere kant van de gracht. Omdat we er allemaal graag verblijven in resorthotels en bij reizen met de auto is de locatie een beetje lastig als we niet zelf rijden."

Guest UserFacilities: Very comprehensive, they even had an iron, which I didn't need but appreciated. There was air conditioning too, which was a relief after staying in hotels elsewhere the previous few nights that didn't even have it.
Cleanliness: Spotless and impeccable.

jhonyjaimesThis hotel is about 8 minutes from the airport. There is a shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel for free, but from the hotel to the airport it costs 5 Euros. A deposit of 50 Euros needs to be paid during check-in. They DO NOT take cash. Only payments with cards are allowed. The hotel is ok for a night if you need to take an early flight. That's it. For the shuttle bus, there is a bus station right outside the airport. Follow the signs ”Hotel Transfer” or ”Hotel Shuttle Bus”. Not difficult to find.

Guest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is within walking distance of most tourist attractions in the city center. The hotel staff are very polite and the room is cleaned every day. It is a hotel that I highly recommend. I will definitely stay here next time👍

Guest UserThe service is excellent and the location is also excellent. Although it is not newly renovated, it does not look old at all. Guests staying in the hotel can also make priority reservations for the Michelin 2-star restaurant in the hotel. Attached is the menu for reference

Guest UserThe first impression of the hotel is quite favorable: it's a modern high-rise building, check-in is very quick, the rooms are decorated in the currently fashionable ”industrial” style, and the views from the window are beautiful. However, after a while, you notice some drawbacks. First and foremost: the hotel takes a hefty 150-euro deposit upon check-in. It's understandable that the hotel is concerned about the safety of the rooms, but for that kind of money, you'd expect luxurious furnishings. What you end up with are ”basic amenities.” There are no slippers, no robes, no conditioner for washing hair, not even proper ceramic cups for hot drinks. The overall impression is that the hotel isn't a 4-star (as advertised). It's a ”good 3-star.”

MirabellezPretty building! Known as the ‘Lego hotel’ situated in Zaandam. Very near to the Zaandam station and checking in was a breeze too. Primark is also located opposite the hotel with lots of eateries nearby even halal options. And it is also two station away if you’re visiting Zaanse Schans. I would stay here again if I come back to Amsterdam.

Julie Zhao ZHOUI booked this hotel near Amsterdam at the last minute for my flight, and I couldn't believe it when I saw the price was just over 200 (currency not specified), so I booked it immediately. The room was good, and the bar downstairs (which is also the breakfast area) was lively with an event, but I was too tired to join. Breakfast was excellent with a great atmosphere, and I also rented a hotel bike to cycle around.

Anonymous UserThe location of the hotel is excellent, just across from Amsterdam Central Station, which is very convenient for getting around the city. The room was comfortable and clean, but the overall experience felt quite average for the price. The hotel was busy with many tour groups and breakfast could be quite crowded in the morning. Service was acceptable but nothing particularly memorable. It’s not a bad hotel, but I expected a bit more for the price and rating.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's airport shuttle service was terrible. They charged five euros and it was completely unreliable. I got on the shuttle on time that morning, but the vehicle was stuck at the gate for 20 minutes without moving. Neither the driver nor anyone from the hotel informed the passengers why. After more than 20 minutes, we were finally told there was a gate malfunction. This forced passengers to take expensive taxis to the airport and risk missing their flights. I emailed the hotel afterwards, but received no response or refund. One star.

Stayed at W Amsterdam and honestly couldn’t fault it. Perfect location right in the middle of everything, easy to get around and ideal if you want the city on your doorstep. Rooms were clean, stylish and had that luxury feel you expect. Staff were sharp, welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Atmosphere in the hotel was top tier, especially if you like somewhere with a bit of energy. Overall a quality stay and I’d definitely be back.
