Главное достоинство гостиницы - расположение. Это чуть ли не единственная гостиница Актау с прямым видом на моря и выходом непосредственно на скальную тропу. Завышенный ценник за гостиницу обусловлен именно расположением.
Номер большой, чистый, кровать удобная. Вода есть всегда. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, в один день даже осетрину давали на завтрак.
При заезде обнаружилась забитая канализация. В течение суток устранили проблему.
Главная беда гостиницы - интернет. Он есть в коридоре, но нет в номере. Я два раза обращался на рецепцию с просьбой наладить интернет, мне обещали наладить, но так и не наладили за шесть дней, что я провёл в гостинице. Вообще, интернет - это базовая услуга, которая должна быть в пятизвёздочной гостинице, и оценку я снизил именно из-за интернета. Всё остальное хорошо (если цена не смущает).

GGuest UserI stayed there for a night before my multi-day tour for Mangystau and then again for 2 nights after the tour. The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are clean. They have everything you might need. I had almost all my meals at the restaurant too. They have many vegetarian choices and the food is delicious. The staff all across the hotel was very polite and helpful. If I'm not wrong, all rooms have a view too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was clean and everything around was green, take a room with a sea view, you won’t regret it😍 Thanks to all the staff, everyone is polite, kind and very helpful💯 However, the food is not really that great, ordinary food, I was looking for shrimp, but unfortunately I didn’t find it: (

AAleksei KosiakovThe hotel's main advantage is its location. It's practically the only hotel in Aktau with a direct view of the sea and direct access to the cliff path. The inflated price is due precisely to the location.
The room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable. Water is always available. The breakfasts are delicious and varied; one day they even served sturgeon for breakfast.
Upon arrival, we discovered a clogged drain. The problem was fixed within 24 hours.
The hotel's main problem is the internet. There's internet in the hallway, but not in the room. I contacted reception twice to ask for it to be fixed, and they promised to fix it, but it never happened during the six days I spent there. Internet is a basic service that a five-star hotel should have, and I downgraded my rating specifically because of the internet. Everything else is fine (if the price doesn't bother you).
