"other than the hotel being located off city centre, everything else was amazing from the cleanliness to the amenities and staff friendliness. it was not too far from the airport, the mall right next to the hotel had everything including oliveyoung and a daiso. there were 2 convenience store within a 1-minute walk from the lift lobby. there were also a good enough selection of food choices around as well."

"I had an amazing stay here. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked and there was no trouble checking in or out. It's tucked away from the main road but that is one of it's good features as it's distanced away a good amount to keep the traffic noise down. Within a one minute walk there's a convenience store for late night snacking. The rooms have USB-A ports for charging next to the bed so no need for your own bulky charger to be used. Overall I highly recommend you choose this hotel when staying in Suwon. I stayed with young family members and luckily there were no overally amourous couples to the left or right of the room. No photos needed go see it for yourself."

I booked this hotel for the BIGBANG concert, but it turned out to be quite far. A taxi ride cost around 100 RMB, and even more at night. However, the room was super comfortable! The surroundings were very quiet, and conveniently there was a convenience store and a great BBQ place right next door! Lots of people were buying from there, and it was delicious.

The location is a bit far from the city center, so it's relatively quiet. It's right by Marina Bay, which is great for enjoying the breeze and the views, though it can get quite windy. Our room was cleaned daily, and it was well-equipped with amenities like disposable toothbrushes, toiletries, slippers, a safe, bottled water, a kettle, cups, tea bags, and a drying rack. We booked a family room for two, but it still felt small. Plus, our assigned room didn't face Marina Bay, so we didn't get any sea views, and there was no Wi-Fi – we had to 'borrow' from the neighboring room's network (luckily, hotel Wi-Fi usually doesn't require a password), probably because it was a special offer room. The shuttle service deserves a thumbs up; it got us to the airport quickly, and the driver even helped with our luggage. Some staff members spoke Chinese, and English communication was also fine, so there were no language barrier issues.

The city view overlooking the train station was lovely, and the room condition and bedding were generally clean and comfortable, so my friends and I had a truly relaxing time! We went to the infinity pool at the latest possible time, and unfortunately, the roof was closed, but the warm heated pool was still great for a swim! I'd definitely be willing to come back again!!😊

This AC Hotel by Marriott has a sleek and modern design. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. It's within walking distance to Geumjeong subway station, and getting a taxi to Incheon Airport is also very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The rooftop infinity pool offers amazing views. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

I booked two stays back in July: Aug 6–16 and Aug 26–31. My first stay was great because I was upgraded, but this second stay in a standard room was a huge disappointment. There was no coffee machine in the room, and local phone calls didn't connect. Worse, the outlet behind the fridge had no power, forcing me to pull the fridge out and stretch a cord across the room to another outlet, leaving messy wires everywhere. Some light switches didn't work at all either. Since changing rooms mid-stay is too inconvenient, I didn't contact the front desk, but the lack of basic facility maintenance here is appalling. Inspect and fix basic room conditions before checking guests in. The quality of management here is worse than a cheap motel.

Former Australia soldiers of 3 RAR travelled to Kapyong, to commemorate the Battle of Kapyong 24 April 1951 (in 2025). This brilliant accommodation is located a 2 min stroll over the Gyeonggi-do river to the Australia & NZ memorial, where a friendly well equipped convenience store sits below it. The Host property was spotless, as picture online and well maintained. The owner aims to be non invasive (monitoring from Wi-Fi cameras on the outside of the property) and to protect it. He saw our struggles attempting to light fire on a cold night and quickly drove down to assist :). The lovely store holder closed up shop (when we tried to order food) to take us down to his local family restaurant (for authentic Korean food, which to tried to offer for free and we persistently and politely declined, fantastic local hospitality towards us and in general. The host then drove us back into the Gapeyoung Train station when we tried to order a Taxi. Fantastic experience and would stay here again and highly recommend it. I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for about a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The suite was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a longer stay. One thing to note: the bathtub is quite deep, which might be a challenge for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Breakfast: a good mix of Western and Korean options, all well-prepared and tasty. The coffee, in particular, was excellent — probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Reception staff were polite(mostly... except the one male reception who deline on advice...) If you plan visit downtown in Seoul it might be quite far. Would recommend for families or longer stays, just keep the bathroom design in mind depending on your needs.

Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and clean, with sufficient room space. The staff are attentive and polite, and I especially appreciated the small gift upon check-in, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel's afternoon tea is also highly recommended. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's location is a bit far from Banqiao Station, requiring a shuttle bus.

It was a good place to rest and come. The owner was friendly and nice. A good place to heal while looking at the lake. The water in the sink was hot and came out well, but the bathtub was a bit cold because the door didn't come out even if I turned it on for a while to keep it warm. Next time, Vista was spacious and nice. The cat kept coming to the barbecue, so I personally didn't like it. If you don't like cats, you should go to room 102, which has a mosquito screen, or go to the second floor.

For a last minute booking the hotel was very accommodating. I was a bit skeptical with the first impression of the lobby giving a very motel vibe, as I went to my floor I was quite surprised as the look of the hallway was quite different than what I expected. Entering my room, I felt a very cozy and welcoming feeling (keep in mind). I do live in an apartment in another city in South Korea so I am used to the layouts of Korea apartments and I can say that the room was more of a studio type room with furniture than a hotel which for makes it more homey. Entering the room, they already provide indoor slippers. The layout with table and chairs and sink (what used to be a cooking area) gives it the studio apartment feeling. Very spacious and open and the TV (huge) is bigger than what most 5 star elegant hotels have. The bidet is on point and shower is a modern concept. They also provide a transformer for those who require or have electronics that require 110v charge.
