We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness inside room really need to be improved a lot. I got bath towel with stain and visible stain insode the bathroom near the sink. TV was not working and the TV's screen got something on the surface. However, the variety of foods during breakfast buffet was good. My first and last time stayed at this hotel.

Mijn recente verblijf in Hotel Santika Premier in Padang, West-Sumatra, was ronduit uitzonderlijk. Wat het meest opviel tijdens mijn verblijf was de onberispelijke service. Het personeel deed er alles aan om een ​​naadloos en plezierig bezoek te garanderen. Hun oprechte vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit voegden een persoonlijk tintje toe waardoor Hotel Santika Premier aanvoelde als een thuis ver van huis. Concluderend overtrof Hotel Santika Premier in Padang mijn verwachtingen in elk opzicht. Voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar een eersteklas accommodatie-ervaring in West-Sumatra, is dit hotel een eersteklas keuze.

Totally is fine. But I really don't like dark room. There were 2 bulbs down. I call that service at 6 pm, they directly came to check and they came back with new bulbs at 9pm. Maybe the replacement not available at that time. But because my children were sleeping at that moment so I cancel it.

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

Overall everything is good.Clean.Fast service.Friendly staff and good welcoming from them especially from Miss Nada from the front counter.Breakfast is really good with variety of Indonesian foods.Thank you Santika Bukit Tinggi
