The location is very convenient. The receptionist Apreriya is friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean, but there weren’t slippers and hair dryer. I had a nice rest there before moving to my next destination. That’s pity that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation until 25th August.

The hotel lobby is huge with a bakery and a lounge. The swimming pool is good for children as it has a slide. From the hotel lobby to the rooms is quite a distance as you need to take a lift and walk across to another building and may require you to take another lift if your room is not on the same floor to the connector bridge. Breakfast spread is good but some food gets cold fast. Need to improve on the nasi goreng as it is tasteless.

Maar de badkamermuur was niet zo schoon en de douche lekte tot aan het plafond. De voorzieningen waren gewoon goed, en er was een koelkastkast maar geen koelkast erin? Eerlijk gezegd had ik beter verwacht dan dit, omdat de prijs van de kamer en het hotelmerk Swiss Belinn beroemd zijn. Ontbijt was lekker, ze kregen fatsoenlijke keuzes van eten en de smaak was ook lekker. Ze hadden een kelder, maar die was klein, denk ik. We moesten dus parkeren op het lege veld buiten naast het hotel. Het was zo heet, maar ze kregen beveiliging om de plaats te bewaken. Maar over het algemeen goede locatie, en redelijk comfortabel.

Het hotel ligt vlak bij de oude stad. De kamers zijn prima, maar de geluidsisolatie is niet erg goed. Je hoort de douche en het toilet naast je doorspoelen. Het ontbijt op het terras is vrij uniek, maar de verlichting is wat slecht. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima.

Hotelnya bersih, pelayanannya oke. Staffnya juga ramah-ramah. Untuk makanannya juga lengkap dan banyak variasinya. Pemandangan sekitar hotel juga keren. Bakalan balik lagi kesini kalo liburan ke Batu.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Waking up to the breathtaking sight of not just one but two mountains was an unforgettable experience. The cold weather added to the charm, especially when it drizzled lightly, creating a peaceful, gloomy atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night. As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.

This hotel is quite economic for Harris’ level. There are pool, gym, and kids playground. The room is not that spacious but very comfortable for two persons. I requested for an iron and they delivered it to my room very quickly. They could do better for the restaurant, elevator, and the toilet — no bidet shower hence a little bit struggling for kids (i had some guest with kids coming over).
