Overall way a lovely relaxing stay. The resort is generally clean and well maintained. The rooms we booked were spacious and have a nice view on the beach. The breakfast is good but the quality and the cooking could be better. The beach is not large but there were always spots available. The water is calm and warm (in September) as it is an artificial bay not the open sea water making it very suitable for families with small kids. This is a plus since the many days the mediterranean can be high and unswimmable. The sea bed has some black sand underneath with faul odour but generally it is covered and not directly noticeable. The main downside is the location. It is about 30 minutes drive from the city center, with virtually no services around. One has to order either a taxi or have a car to move around. But there are delivery services if you need food if you ask the reception, as it might require an arabic speaker. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and were always eager to help.

De hotelgids brengt ons ook mee om een dag te spelen in de plaatselijke dienst super goed! Koop van dingen en tickets helpen ons de prijs te betalen en stuur ons naar het station om kaartjes te kopen, bijzonder goed 🥺, er is een kans om later weer te komen!

من أجمل الفنادق الموجودة في الساحل الشمالي حيث تتوفر فيه جميع الخدمات والمرافق التي تحتاجها اي عائلة. الاستقبال جميل وحمامات السباحة ممتعة والبحر نظيف.

أرجو توفير لموزين للذهاب إلى الشاطئ الشارع والذهاب إلى أي موقع مرتين في اليوم شاملة الإقامة

Geweldige hotelservice, maar één ding: het strand is rotsachtig, diep en de golven zijn hoog, niet zoals op andere stranden in de buurt. Het is niet veilig om kinderen bij het strand achter te laten, de golven slepen ze mee. Aan de rest van de noordkust brachten we veel tijd door op het strand, maar dit hebben we niet meegemaakt. We werken aan het strand om het veilig te maken voor kinderen om te zwemmen.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.
