Sehr netter Service. Das Zimmer super mit einer tollen Küche. Sehr sauber. Frühstück Auswahl sehr umfangreich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Lage zentral und nicht weit weg vom Hauptbahnhof.

Het hotel voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen! De locatie is uitstekend – op slechts een paar minuten van de oude stad en het voetgangersgebied, en vele bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit, wat zorgde voor een perfecte start van de dag. De kamers waren schoon, ruim en zeer comfortabel; we voelden ons meteen thuis. De parkeergarage was ook een groot pluspunt en erg handig. Al met al een geslaagd verblijf; we raden het hotel van harte aan!

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr begeistert. Alle gewünschten Ziele waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bahn direkt vor der Tür – einfach ideal! Der Pool am Abend bot eine willkommene Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lautstärke im großzügigen Frühstücksraum könnte etwas angenehmer sein. Aber wo viele Menschen sind, ist die Geräuschkulisse eben entsprechend.

Allgemein sehe ich eine Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch/Preis und Wirklichkeit. Das Hotel wurde nett renoviert, Zimmer sind aber sehr klein. Das innere ist sehr ruhig, aber es fehlt etwas an Ambiente (Hintergrundmusik? …). Service nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau (bsp wurde uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt Hilfe mit unserem Gepäck angeboten, auch nicht, als ein Mitarbeiter zufällig in den selben Fahrstuhl stieg). Lage ist top. Preis aber zu hoch.

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, Bett sehr angenehm, Bad leider nur mit Wanne. Dafür gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher . Alles sehr ordentlich, Zimmerreingung nur auf Bestellung , das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 🤗 Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, große Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen, warmen und kalten Speisen und ganz wichtig guter Kaffee.

The room is big. Unfortunately we didn’t know that we have to take executive rooms in order to have the access to executive boardroom. Could be better if it specifies at the booking page. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

地理位置非常好，距離火車站就衹有幾步路，離動物園也很近，位於整個萊比西的市中心房間層高很高以及樓層數都挺好的，可以俯瞰整個萊比希的風光。
