Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well. They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient

Dit hotel is echt een koopje! Ik boekte een groepsaanbieding via Ctrip en het is praktisch het goedkoopste hotel in Hakone-Gora, minder dan 1000 RMB inclusief ontbijt. Ik dacht dat het een heel gewoon hotel zou zijn, maar alles overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Het hotel is enorm, met een eigen groot openbaar bad, en je kunt ook gratis gebruikmaken van de twee aangrenzende grote openbare baden. Het was volgeboekt, dus ik kreeg een upgrade. Mijn kamer was iets groter dan ik oorspronkelijk had geboekt, het uitzicht op de tuin was prachtig, de kamer was modern ingericht en het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid. Natuurlijk is het niet te vergelijken met hotels die 2000-3000 RMB kosten met een privé-onsen, maar dit hotel voor iets meer dan 900 RMB is meer dan genoeg. Bekijk de foto's.

Ik verbleef hier met mijn dochter om een ​​fanmeeting bij te wonen. Het hotel ligt dicht bij station Kannai en is handig gelegen om naar station Sakuragicho en station Yokohama te reizen voor de fanmeeting. Je kunt alleen de benodigdheden meenemen die je nodig hebt, dus je hoeft misschien zelfs niets mee te nemen. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights over a weekend, following a cruise around the Japan Islands. Our rooms were space-compromised, however, all necessary amenities, internet and personal extras were available in-room. Our breakfasts were included and I must say that they were of high quality and abundabce, catering to Japanese and European cultures... though not foods could have been hotter. The location is a good walking distance for the Port area, parks, Chinatown and shopping. Train services are available for destinations further away. Buses are available nearby to go to either Narita or Haneda Airports. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is prachtig en het interieur is zeer elegant. Er is een supermarkt op de t****e verdieping van hetzelfde gebouw, wat erg handig is. Het is ook vlakbij een metrostation. Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf hier. Als ik Yokohama nog eens bezoek, zou ik zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen. En het ontbijt is ook heerlijk.

Uitstekend luxehotel op een strategische locatie in Yokohama. Prachtige kamers met uitzicht op de baai en het pretpark. De kamers zijn gerenoveerd en we hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Parkeren bij winkelcentrumzone A is het dichtst bij het hotel en parkeren voor een nacht kost 2100 yen (te betalen bij de receptie voor een uitrijticket).

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with thoughtful details that made the stay relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a good night’s rest. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a comfortable experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Nice hotel,clean,near in train station.but the problem is noisy in outside the room even walk in the hallway is hearing inside the room.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was consistently excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to help. The location is a major highlight—convenient, easy to access, and close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it offers great comfort and value, and I would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at HOTEL Enmichi in Kawasaki and had a very comfortable experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk from both JR Kawasaki and Keikyu Kawasaki stations, so getting around was really easy and convenient.  The rooms were clean, modern, and had a cozy feel with thoughtful touches. Free Wi-Fi and amenities like bottled water in the fridge made the stay stress-free. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, and check-in/check-out was smooth.  I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant downstairs, where the food was tasty with good variety — especially nice for a casual meal before/after exploring the city.  Overall, it felt like excellent value — clean spaces, friendly service, and a solid location for exploring Kawasaki or even heading into Tokyo. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays!
