Всё было нормально.
Однако, WiFi сигнал в номере отсутствовал. Приходилось сидеть на диванах и подключив ноутбук и телефон к розеткам работать из коридора под присмотром проходящих мимо…
Покрытие сигналом явно делали любители.
Завтрак составлял яичницу, круассан, кусочки папайи напиток (очень хороший какао).

Al reservar para una fecha la aplicación me dió otra fecha diferente y reservé con este error. Solicité en el hotel modificarla y me informaron que debía tratar esto con Trip. Envié la información a Trip y me respondieron que el hotel no había aceptado modificación o cancelación por sus políticas. El caso es que me parece muy mal hecho de las dos empresas. No vuelvo a confiar en ninguna de las dos. Fuí súper cliente de NH Cali Royal y lo recomendé mucho. Ya llevo dos expereiencias muy aburridoras con la reserva o solicitud de habitación.

這個酒店非常讓人驚喜。外觀像一座小型的城堡。內部環境復古典雅，曲徑通幽。進門有保安幫你把行李拿到房間，酒店員工非常熱情和友好。可惜呆的時間太短了。下次有機會還要入住。

Perfecta ubicación al lado del aeropuerto.
Hotel muy limpio y el servicio muy bueno, hasta nos dieron bolsita con desayuno por tener un vuelo muy temprano.

La experiencia es muy chévere, son muy atentos y rápidos para poder solucionar problemas si así se requiere. De pronto puedan poner un cartel para saber donde parquear las motos porque me sentí perdida con eso, y que haya un poco más de variedad de fruta en el desayuno. Las instalaciones divinas y la piscina también!

MMikhail IumashevI stayed at HYPE STATES Cali and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped — there is a kitchen, a comfortable bed, a balcony, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything was very clean, and the interior looks new and thoughtfully designed.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. The location is also excellent — the hotel is in a good area of the city, with restaurants, attractions, and nice places to walk nearby.
I would also like to highlight the stable Wi-Fi and the cozy atmosphere — perfect both for relaxing and for working. There is also a small pool and a terrace where it’s nice to relax after a busy day.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Cali: comfortable rooms, a good location, and attentive staff. I would happily stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to other travelers.

RRitazhou0527The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

Shops, department stores, and supermarkets not far away. There is no drinking bottled water in the room.

The signal coverage was clearly done by amateurs.
