I love this eco-friendly hotel. The reason why located far from downtown, it has pros and cons. Swimming pool is a bit cold on Dec. Breakfast is nice, especially noodles, even if I am foreigner, I totally satisfied.

Starting from good things. Room with private hot spring was nice and clean and bed and bed linen was great. Despite hot spring pool was leaking and needed to refill constantly. But no problem with that if water supply is turned on and you can operate yourself with valves. Hotel staff recommended many places for eating outside. Thanks for that! We arrived before check in time and asked to spend our time near the pool area which was not problem. When I was looking for toilet then lady from shop told to me that I should go outside the territory and use toilet which is for camper van people. And it was not toilet but old school ditch. Fortunately it was cleaned. Lot of things are in real life different than in pictures what you can find in web pages. Many hot springs was closed, on site was not operating restaurants and bars. Only you can order food from app or go outside. Area is under the airplanes take off route that means in daytime lot of noise. About 6pm domestic water supply was turned off and situation lasted until our leaving next day about 11am. Hotel staff wrote that if you want to use toilet I should let them know and they will find a solution. No shower or washing. Breakfast was simple. In the breakfast area is operational coffee machine but for some reason lady behind the table told that not possible and drink cold pre brewed ice coffee? I hope that it’s not connected with lack of water supply. Machine may be filled with purified bottle water not local tap water.

travelling as a family, i requested for 2 rooms that i booked to be closer together when checking in. ms. 赵 Yuma was very helpful and arranged accordingly. she even provided and upgraded room type so that the rooms can be nearby. the good service doesn’t start or end there. when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also decent, with the wanda mall beside the hotel and a short car ride away from the city centre and train station. even though the hotel opened several years ago, thefacilities are well maintained and the room decoration still looks good.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

This historic hotel is very charming, and despite its age has all the modern features you’d expect. Located right next to the Green lake, the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor has a classy 1950s vibe. The rooms and public areas (including the swimming pool and changing rooms) were very clean and well looked after, and there were lots of nice touches that made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Het was een goed begin van de reis naar Kunming. We verbleven op de 40e verdieping en konden het Dianchi-meer en de stad Kunming zien. Een bad nemen was heel vakantieachtig. The environment of the homestay exceeded expectations, the decoration was elegant and clean, the lighting view was great, and the daily necessities were all available. The young lady at the front desk was kind and responded promptly if there were questions. It was very convenient to travel and eat around. It was too pleasant to live here on the trip. It was really worth staying!

Behulpzaam, vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij (ze serveerden ons ontbijt eerder en hielpen ons met onze bagage om een minibus voor ons vertrek te boeken). We verbleven er maar drie dagen en we hadden graag langer gebleven. Een klein paradijs. Bedankt aan het hele team!

Alles was bijna perfect, maar ik gaf het toch een 5/5, op een paar minpuntjes na die ik zal toelichten. Het hotel is erg moeilijk te vinden voor buitenlanders die geen Chinees kunnen lezen, schrijven of spreken. Sterker nog, het hotel ligt naast de ingang van een kleine winkel zonder bordjes of hotelnaam in het Engels. Mensen op straat wisten niet eens dat er een hotel was. Verder is het goed gelegen, dicht bij alles. We kregen de eerste nacht een kamer zonder ramen, maar het hotel was zo vriendelijk om ons de t****e nacht zonder extra kosten naar een andere kamer te verplaatsen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en we konden communiceren via een tolk. We zouden een auto huren bij het treinstation, maar zonder telefoon was dat niet mogelijk, en omdat we geen Chinees verstaan, was het onmogelijk om te vragen. Dit waren de kleine logistieke problemen op de eerste dag.
