Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness.
Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.

衞生：衞生還行吧。還算乾淨
環境：能看到南伽巴瓦 但是床是側對，而且也沒有桃林 年前一塊荒地
服務：服務員還算盡責熱情
總的來説這家店800我能給5星 但是2000的話 這個設施和環境我都衹能給勉強合格

Great new hotel! The rooms are fully automated, clean, and very roomy. I really liked the friendly service at the front desk. A big plus is the restaurant, which has a nice view. Everything felt fresh and high-quality.

環境：環境美到窒息 ，雖然天氣不好沒看到完整的美景。但是每間房都正對雪山，很適合喝茶看景
服務：管家服務很好，小劉同學還幫忙接送嘎朗湖景區，許多事都有求必應
缺點的話，附近沒啥吃的 晚飯比較貴，味道還行，早飯真的得吐槽下，這個價位裏吃到最難吃的了，總體瑕不掩瑜。還是值得住的酒店

Great environment by the lake and surrounded by the mountains. The hardware of the hotel is not too bad but not well maintained as a hotel opened last year. The cleanliness level of the property and attentiveness of services were not up to expectation.

我是不喜歡點評的，但是這家酒店真的值得推薦！我和家人自駕出遊，這家酒店是當地首家五星級，抱着試試的態度，整體的裝修，服務和配套都是在線的，在墨脱能夠有這麼高水準的酒店，真的是自駕人的福音。早餐種類很豐富，幾十種，味道不錯，服務人員很有禮貌和耐心，房間五星配套都是齊全的，洗護用品味道我很喜歡，有機會再來！

超級滿意的一家酒店！前台服務熱情仔細，房間也很安靜舒心，還有免費的按摩椅！自駕318累了直接躺上去按摩一天直接滿血復活！還有熱敷敷眼罩解放雙眼。酒店的充電樁也可以用，看到有電車摩託車在使用。雖然我們入住的房間沒有帶温泉，但酒店晚上還特地找了帶温泉的空房間放了純天然温泉水讓我們泡着解乏。最值得點讚的是洗衣房裡有各三台洗衣機和烘乾機的組合，長途旅行中途換下來的衣服可以直接洗乾淨烘乾帶走。基本上對我們自駕的要求來説各個方面都超預期滿足啦！臨走的時候也贈送了水和熱敷眼罩，感謝酒店關懷！下次再來旅遊會考慮繼續入住

酒店環境好，可以沿酒店區域散步，前台服務員態度好，可以免費泡温泉，房間供氧充足，對有高反的客人入住很人性。早餐品種少，服務員因語言溝通有一定障礙，夾菜品的夾子直接放在菜台上，欠衞生。

GGuest UserFacilities: The room type was very spacious, I booked a two-bed room this time. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the facilities were a bit old, and there was some water leakage. Room service was prompt.
Minibar: Good.
24-hour oxygen supply service: This was very important, especially the 24-hour medical room. Due to severe altitude sickness for the first few days, I spent most of my time in the medical room. Only after taking medication and receiving oxygen could I manage to walk around a bit outside.
Cleanliness: Acceptable, and the turndown service was also good.
Environment: This is arguably the best in Lhasa. After staying one day elsewhere, I spent the remaining days at The St. Regis. During my stay in Lhasa, I mostly dined and engaged in activities at the hotel. The room layout was very well-proportioned, and maintenance was decent. Afternoon tea was just okay, but the Western restaurant had excellent food, and the sweet tea was the best.
Service: The butler, Tina, was excellent. Her service was attentive throughout, and I was very satisfied. Next time I visit Lhasa, I definitely won't choose any other hotel. She even proactively checked in on my well-being.

GGuest UserMy stay in Lhasa was excellent this time. A special thanks to Xizhu from the front desk for her efficient and kind check-in process. She patiently explained precautions for high altitude and showed genuine care for altitude sickness. Her service was meticulous throughout. Thanks to Dawa Tsering and Tenzin Thongyul from the concierge team for proactively helping with luggage and enthusiastically guiding us with directions. Their service was professional and reliable. The warm service includes an in-house medical room. If guests feel unwell, they can pay for oxygen or an IV drip, which is quite convenient and helps alleviate travel fatigue and altitude sickness.

AAnonymous UserThe location of Songtsam is absolutely stunning, truly legendary. It directly occupies the prime viewing spot of Basongcuo Lake. The environment is serene and relaxing; I felt instantly refreshed upon entering. Every corner of the hotel is a picturesque scene. Whether you're in the restaurant, bar, or any public area, you can easily snap some fantastic photos, as the lake and mountain views are seamlessly integrated into every space.
✨ Service Experience
Our butler proactively contacted us before arrival, and upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted with a warm highland barley wine welcome ceremony – a truly immersive experience. There's no elevator, so staff frequently deliver items back and forth, but they consistently do so with warmth and efficiency, their attitude is superb. My only minor regret: the underfloor heating in the room wasn't very effective, making the highland nights a bit chilly. I hope they optimize this in the future. Oh, and the room also had a coffee machine and incredibly delicious fruit!
🌿 Scenery & Activities
The hotel's viewing platform offers unparalleled vistas, even more breathtaking than the 'Forgotten Corner' mentioned in travel guides – and it's easily accessible with a stroll along the river! If you rely on the viewing platform at the hotel for the 'Forgotten Corner', it truly might feel forgotten.
Highly Recommended:
• Cycling along Basongcuo Lake: A dozen kilometers of lake views, a truly therapeutic journey.
• Cuogao Village: An authentic ******* village where the lake at the entrance is as blue as the ocean. A perfect blend of culture and nature!
• Xinzuo Lake Hike: Easy and pleasant, with forests, meadows, rivers, and lakes all along the way – it feels like paradise on earth! Strongly recommend horseback riding here. The horses are very gentle, saving both effort and time! (Bring some chocolate for the horsemen to refuel; they'll happily take a few photos for you!🥳)
⚠️ Not recommended: All-terrain vehicle (ATV) riding. The roads are rough, and the experience is mediocre!
🛍️ Retail Shops
The hotel has an Arc'teryx specialty store where you can even rent clothes with points, which is great for photography enthusiasts. The large artisan craft store offers quality products, and the local high-end yak cashmere brand Norlha is worth browsing. Aside from the higher price point, the quality and design are impeccable.
There's currently some construction around the hotel, which might slightly delay entry, but it doesn't affect the overall experience at all. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. This is my top choice in Basongcuo, and I will definitely return! Finally, special thanks again to our butler, Dingzhu. Tashi Delek!

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to National Highway 318. It is super convenient for self-driving. The large free parking lot is too friendly to the self-driving party. It is very close to the surrounding attractions such as the county seat, Motuo, Midui Glacier. The top floor restaurant has a beautiful scenery. The room is scattered for 24 hours. Oxygen + floor heating, there is no discomfort at all in the high altitude area. Sleep till dawn! The room is simple and atmospheric in a modern style, spacious and bright, clean and tidy, smart equipment is very complete, zero-pressure mattresses sleep particularly comfortable, and the smart toilet is super intimate.
The snow view restaurant has a great view, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the happiness of eating and enjoying the scenery is bursting. The hotel also has a free laundry room, gym, children's playground, self-driving party and family with baby are super friendly. The front desk and staff are warm and thoughtful, responsive, and feel at home throughout the whole process.
Come to Bomi, take the Sichuan-Tibet line, choose this one without stepping on thunder! Hardware, landscape, service are full marks, is the most worth living warm heart station on the Sichuan-Tibet line, I will choose here next time!

The hotel has convenient parking, cleanliness, and the room is very large and comfortable. I stayed another night directly after checking in. It is also convenient to eat and shop around.

What impressed me most was that the sanitary details were particularly well done, the room was clean and spotless, the bedding was clean and odorless, it was a brand duck down quilt, the bathroom was dry and bright, every corner was cleaned up very carefully, and the living was particularly comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic, and he specially entertained us to eat authentic Tibetan pigs. The meat is fresh and not greasy, the taste is absolutely delicious, roasted yak beef, and the experience is directly full. The location of the hotel has a great view, you can face Nanga Bawa directly by opening the window, the view is super convenient, the service is also intimate and thoughtful, come to Nyingchi for travel really preferred this, cost-effective and experience are full marks! Unfortunately, I didn't see Rizhao Jinshan. The front desk lady shared the photos and videos of Rizhao Jinshan. I punched a card. It was a worthwhile trip. I will come to Nanga Bawa in the future and live here.

PphyondThe peach blossoms in Bomi Peach Blossom Valley have all faded. The hotel prices are still quite expensive, and I feel that the price/performance ratio is not very high. The overall decoration and room facilities are really good. The hotel environment is also good, facing the snow-capped mountains. The breakfast variety is not many, but there are freshly made rice noodles, noodles and scrambled eggs.
But there are still many complaints:
1. Although the rooms all face the view of the snow-capped mountains, the front of our room with more than 1,000 people is blocked by other buildings. If you want to see the snow-capped mountains, you have to go out to the public area. If you want to walk around the hotel and take pictures of better scenery, But they have built higher-end rooms, so there is no way out...
2. When booking the hotel, it was said that the package included afternoon tea, but in fact it is not reserved for guests independently like other hotels. It is a bit like a buffet that is only available in a limited area and for a limited time. It is said to be a gift from the hotel and will not be used when it is out of date...
3. Hotel restaurants are not generally expensive. A casual meat dish starts at over 100, and most are 200 or 300. The signature roast chicken is over 500, which is more expensive than an international five-star restaurant. The taste is average, I don’t know. Why are there so many good reviews...are we Cantonese people too particular about our food?
