Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

Het is een uniek, puur Europees kasteelhotel met een zeer goede ligging, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het Xinghai-plein. Het is een erg handige plek om te eten en te reizen. Er zijn speciale auto's die je de berg op en af ​​brengen. De kamer is erg groot. De kamer met zeezicht kijkt uit op de zeebrug en het uitzicht is werkelijk adembenemend. It’s such a surprise for me to find an amazing hotel in Yin Zhou City, which is not known to many. It’s culturally enriched with many traditional Chinese arts. The location is central, the breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are new and clean. Will certainly come again! Thank you everyone!

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

문을 열자마자 생각보다 넓은 공간에 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 2명이서 지내기에 아주 넉넉한 더블 침대 2개가 배치되어 있어 가족이나 친구와 오기에도 딱이에요. 침대 옆으로 콘센트도 넉넉하게 있어서 자기 전 전자제품들 충전하기 딱 좋았어요. 일본이나 홍콩의 좁은 호텔과는 차원이 다르게 화장실이 정말 큽니다. 씻을 때 답답함이 전혀 없어서 좋았어요. 드라이기도 강풍 잘 나왔고, 세탁기도 있었지만 쓸 일은 없었어요. 샴푸 컨디셔너 바디워시도 있었고, 샤워기 필터 가져가서 써봤는데 필터 색도 바뀌지 않았어요! 유일한 아쉬운 점은 객실에서 담배 냄새가 살짝 났다는 점이에요. 예민하신 분들은 체크인 시 환기가 잘 된 방으로 요청해 보시는 것을 추천합니다.

Located in downtown, living up to the excellence of the Hyatt brand, it doesn’t fail to deliver at anywhere. Linked to a luxury mall, Mix; you can indulge in luxury brand shopping (do note that it’s pricier in China than in Europe however) or the good restaurants it boasts. The mall even have some Singaporean brands, and its internal layout resembles MBS lol. Will return when I’m in Shenyang again.

I will start with the positive and say that the resort is located on a hill facing the sea and some mountains so I was happy that I had a good view from my room window. The balcony was an added bonus, but although I went for a deluxe double room, there was nothing deluxe about it! I stayed in 3 & 4 star hotels in China that they were not much different than this room I was given. The staff were very polite and accommodating, but most of them had very little English or no English at all - had to use a translation app or repeat/rephrase a few times (Chinese & English are the spoken languages according to the website). The wifi is very weak so I kept using my own mobile data. The rooms are not sound insulated so I kept hearing the banging of nearby doors and people passing or stalling/talking along the corridor. In a nutshell, the amenities and service offered do not compare to the experience I had at Hilton hotels elsewhere. It is definitely not good value for money. Disappointing.

Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.
