"Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again."

"Super good location. The Ski entrance just infront of the apartment. A lot of eatery shops nearby . i think if the owner can provide two ventilation fans on upstair two rooms that will be great as no ventilation on that rooms . All need to depend on ground floor’s window. The rest of the other things are good. We still will come back again for this good location."

"Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars."

"This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun."

"What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back."

"Самый любимай для нас спа отель! Находится в тихом местечке, очень дружелюбный ресепшен, попросили несколько личных просьб и нам не отказали! Благодарим! Всегда очень чисто и удобно. Завтраки очень шикарные, все вкусное и свежее, салаты разные каждый день. В этот раз появилась кофе ☕️ машина, чему мы были безумно рады! В отеле тепло, 👍 единственное, выходя из отеля каждый раз плохо срабатывали браслеты, не открывали номер, приходилось каждый день спускаться с 5го этажа опять на первый и настраивать их, раньше такого не было, в этот раз у нас такое. Если вы не будете выходить из гостиницы в город, у вас такого не будет. Отличная баня и горячие источники, то что нужно зимой. В этот раз попробовали массаж банками и остались очень довольны! Спасибо всем работникам отеля за отличный отдых!"

"和圖片一模一樣，因為原定的房間周圍在裝修，免費給我們升房了，到酒店是經理來接我們，去的有點早（前面的人還沒退房）就讓我們去辦公室暖和了一下，經理人很好，給我們推薦美食，燒熱水暖和（我們跟經理説不用，因為覺得有點麻煩，她還是很熱心給我們哪礦泉水），後面10多，我們先出去吃飯，經理還幫我們把兩個行李箱，兩個包拿到了房間，很熱心真的超級好！ 到了房間以後更是震驚，房間和實圖完全一樣，外面的景色很美，音響有vip，投屏是優酷最高會員，細節很好有洗衣機，冰箱，吹風機，紙巾，牙膏牙刷等等，還有刮鬍刀和棉簽！真的很用心很周到。 燈光很有氛圍，馬桶和窗簾都是智能的很棒，而且樓下就是財富廣場吃飯逛街都方便，下次還會住這裏，也很乾凈很衞生打掃徹底"

"This was my second stay at Hyatt Regency Changchun, which I rebooked in a heartbeat. The room, staff, cleanliness, location were all excellent. Both times I stayed, my room was quiet and had a very nice view of the city. The butler Hero was helpful and proactive without being intrusive. He offered handy info about the hotel and tips on food and places to go within specified distances from the hotel. The fitness center was great too. The hotel is next to a metro station, opposite an upscale mall, walkable to Guilin Rd with tons of food and generally near enough to places while still tranquil."

"The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too."
