The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

De kamer was erg mooi en beviel me goed. De gescheiden natte en droge ruimtes in de badkamer waren ook erg prettig. Het personeel bij de receptie was bijzonder enthousiast en behulpzaam; ze gaven ons veel tips over lokale specialiteiten en bezienswaardigheden. Daarnaast zit er direct naast het hotel een theehuis dat me deed denken aan het oude Chengdu, compleet met gaiwan thee. De sfeer daar was ook uitstekend. Absoluut een aanrader!

Faciliteiten: De hotelkamers zijn beoordeeld als schoon en comfortabel, met complete faciliteiten zoals een binnenzwembad, fitnesscentrum en spa. Daarnaast biedt het hotel ook een spa en schoonheidssalon. 3. Dineren: De eetgelegenheden van het hotel zijn goed, met een scala aan opties en goede smaak. Het ontbijt is bijzonder goed met een verscheidenheid aan keuzes. 4. Service: Het personeel van het hotel is vriendelijk en biedt service van hoge kwaliteit. Ze zijn efficiënt en proactief in het verlenen van assistentie. Het hotel biedt ook luchthaventransfers en autoverhuurservices, wat handig en attent is. Over het algemeen is het JW Marriott hotel Zhengzhou een hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten, goede service en een uitgebreide evaluatie. Als u overweegt om Zhengzhou te bezoeken, is dit hotel het overwegen waard.

It was a very clean and wonderful room. There was a humidifier, it was quiet, the water was hot, and it was relaxing. The breakfast had a wide variety and was so fresh that I ended up eating too much. I want to go again.

It is good service and beautiful room. Nearby the Mall have Haidilao Hotpot, HeyTea and many many local food. It is taking only 3km-4km to Zhengzhou Dong Station quite near and other location Longmen Groot, Sui & Tang Dynasty, Laoyi Acient Town with very deliciouse hotpot at exit Gate . Happy to stay here i will come back soon.i

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

The best hotel on the trip, the location is excellent, first of all, it is convenient to get on and off the highway, and secondly, it is opposite the Xiangfu District Government, but it is quiet. Voor een paar weken heb ik een trein van Xi’an naar Kaifeng genomen. Deze weekend kwam een koud front binnen. Het maakte niet uit omdat de Gulou nachtmarkt alles had wat ik nodig had om te veranderen. Ik vond een paar verborgen plekken (zoals Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant en Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) terwijl ik het uitzoeken. Het Millenium Park, Gulou Market en Wansui Shan Wuxia City zijn zeer dichtbij. Het hotel is geweldig voor wandelen, en de kamer was echt comfortabel. Het front desk was gemakkelijk te communiceren met ondanks de taalbarrière, en alles zeer efficiënt. Er is een mooie fitnessruimte en zwembad, maar ik was uit te zoeken. Er is ook een shuttle die u naar een paar plaatsen in de buurt kan brengen. Deze eigendom is goed voor conventies of families, maar ik was goed als een solo-reiziger. Eten goed.

陽台超大，天氣好的時候在上面烤肉特別棒，衹是我來的晚上下雪了，也很美，房間也很好，都是智能控制，管家服務也是棒棒噠，主要是我第二天要回市區，擔心雪下大了回不去，結果民宿管家不到12點就告訴我下山路的的雪清理了，點贊。
