I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The staff and especially the hotel manager 蒋丹书 went above my expectations! A lot of unexpected stuff happened just before coming to Huangshan and Jiang DanShu was not only comprehensive but also very helpful. I also had to replan my trip in Huangshan and he patiently answered to all of my questions (and there were a lot) even though I arrived late at night. Finally, I was a solo traveller without a car but he helped me to arrange inexpensive lifts to go to the places I wanted to go to and I am so grateful for that. As for the hotel, it was perfect: great location, my room was cozy, comfortable and clean. It was high tech and I found funny to see what temperature I was taking my shower at. I felt as if I was at home with friends. The staff will help to plan the hike to Huangshan according to physical health, preferences, etc. I was also given free maps, a free walking stick, a free raincoat and free lifts to the bus stations. Breakfast is available if needed for a small fee.

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

This hotel meets Western standards: rooms are clean, breakfast is varied, and service is excellent. The location is great too, as there is a mall right next to the hotel, with different food options.

It was a great stay with ac cooled rooms, great bathroom and a nice view. I had the honeymoon type suite with the queensize bed. The hostess is Very friendly, she offered to make food after breakfast time, which was a little early for us with the time difference (+ 6 hours compared to the Netherlands). Also, she booked several taxi’s for us and was willing to be available even during late hours when we wanten to have a late night drink in the city. The location is suberb, just outside the local city and a 5 minutes taxi drive to the transfer station for the bus/Cable to Yellow mountain. The only downside was that the pool was empty. We were looking forward using this, the weather is very warm. All in all I would for sure go back in the future. Rufus

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. I drove to the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui with my wife, and I just stopped at Banqiao Village. Playing by the stream, I ran into this homestay. Soon after the opening of the homestay, the photo was taken, and the pool was very special. The room is large, the facilities are brand new, the grade is high, and the price is very high! The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic, the authentic farm food is delicious, and their tea is also delicious. Prepare for a second brush during the summer vacation, come back later!

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

Het hotel ligt naast het Huangshan Scenic Area. Er zijn twee hotels in Wenen International waar we in verbleven, het is het hotel dat het dichtst bij Nandam ligt nieuw, allemaal met intelligente stembediening en receptieservice. Het personeel is erg aardig en vriendelijk. Als je vragen hebt tijdens je verblijf, kun je altijd de receptie bellen. Dit is erg goed handig. Het is beschikbaar op de eerste verdieping van het hotel, aangezien ik moet blijven na het beklimmen van de Huangshan-berg, waar kan ik heen? Over het algemeen was de ervaring zeer goed. Ik zal hier de volgende keer weer verblijven.
