Ik verbleef op de 20e verdieping in een premium Fallsview-kamer met twee queensize bedden. Het uitzicht was fantastisch, maar omdat het winter was, was het raam bevroren, waardoor ik 's ochtends niet veel kon zien. Ik denk dat het verstandig is om het weer te checken voordat je boekt. Desondanks was het uitzicht 's nachts geweldig, dus ik heb er over het algemeen van genoten.

The “airport” part of the name here refers to the fact that you can get a shuttle to the airport from the hotel. It’s a little frustrating that it’s so far away from the actual airport.  The room was clean and well appointed, with a fridge and microwave, tv and clock radio. Beds clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the restaurant but the lobby area was clean and well lit. The wifi was fast.

Een hotel waar je de majestueuze Niagara Falls van dichtbij kunt bekijken, is een perfecte keuze. De hotelkamer voldoet volledig aan de normen van een sterrenhotel. Het is comfortabel, schoon en hygiënisch. Zittend voor het raam kunt u genieten van de lichtshow van de waterval en de feestelijke sfeer van Kerstmis, waardoor een warme, harmonieuze sfeer ontstaat. en vredig landschap. Het hotel biedt parkeergelegenheid en een heerlijk ontbijt, waardoor het de eerste keuze is voor reizen en vakanties.

Location was good. Not impressed with the breakfast selection. Our room was supposed to have a garden view but I don't think any of the rooms actually have a view. Tiny window above the toilet that I think looks out into greenery is what i think they call the ”view” and that window and screen are covered in bugs. When we turned on the fan for the bathroom there was a stench of ****. On what I assume was like a mattress cover was covered in hair really disgusting. Toilet paper holder was broken. Shower was large and clean. the room was spacious with good storage. Adirondack chair in front of room could use a paint job and some cleaning. Overall not really impressed for what I paid for. 

Awesome stay! Can't say one bad thing about this place. The location is perfect along with the rooms themselves. Beds are also very comfortable. Would stay again!

Over het algemeen was ons verblijf prima, maar er waren een paar minpuntjes. Het nachtkastje was opvallend vies, wat de netheid van de kamer beïnvloedde. Bovendien stond onze kamer vlak bij een automaat, wat het geluid ervan enigszins hinderlijk maakte.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy and excellent location. This hotel added to our experience in Toronto and we will definitely stay here again when we return. Great amenities. The hotel room was excellent t with great furniture and a very comfortable bed. View from our room was outstanding.

De locatie van het hotel is erg goed, direct naast Horseshoe Falls en niet ver van Table Rock. Hoewel het niet de kamer met het beste uitzicht is, biedt het een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Er zijn tal van restaurants in de buurt en genoeg afhaalopties als je liever niet uit eten gaat. De kamer is voorzien van een koelkast en een magnetron, wat erg handig is. Het ontbreken van slippers en drinkwater is echter wel een minpuntje. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, waar je ongeveer $23 per nacht betaalt. De receptioniste vertelde me dat er goedkopere parkeerplaatsen buiten het hotel zijn, maar ik was te lui om daarheen te lopen.

Room is spaciously and location is convenient. Gas station is just a few steps away with Tim Horton where one can get coffee and bkft

It would be great if they become more flexible for guests who had to leave early due to important reasons such as leaving for an early flight or other out of control situations. We had a hard time requesting for just coffee or hot water from the breakfast area. We explained that we need to leave the hotel at 7am for an early exam.  We were not expecting to avail the full breakfast tho since we didn’t have enough time. We only asked if it would be possible to have at least coffee or hot water at least 6:45am.  The staff at the reception seemed hesitant to offer a solution and insisted there’s nothing he could do than to wait for the chef until he comes (before 7am). We wouldn’t ask for coffee at the breakfast area if only the coffee maker in the room was clean. Both of the rooms that we occupied had dirty coffee maker.
