Atendimento da recepcionista Laysla incrível, muito simpática e prestativa. Fiquei em um quarto que o ar condicionado não estava gelando bem, o funcionário Arthur ( muito simpático e disposto a ajudar) tentou resolver o problema, como não conseguiu prontamente nos mudaram de quarto . O Sr Carlos ( também muito educado e prestativo) nos ajudou a fazer a troca e antes nos levou ao quarto para ver se ar nos satisfazia. Atendimento no geral excelente!!! Ótimas instalações, tudo muito limpo. Adorei!!!

O hotel esta precisando de manutenção.
Roupa de cama já desgastada, estando algumas rasgadas.
A recepção do hotel só fede a cachorro molhado. Precisam melhorar muito neste quesito.
Apesar do hotel ter a opção de tomar o café da manhã, pagando uma taxa extra, optamos por não tomar o café da manhã no hotel em função do fedor da recepção.
Já fiquei hospedado há alguns anos no Ibis Budget de Aracaju em Atalaia e, infelizmente, o hotel caiu muito na qualidade.
Hoje não recomendaria a estadia neste hotel.

Pontos positivos: funcionários bem educados e comunicativos, hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bom, área da piscina muito boa com ótima vista e variedade de bebidas, bem instagramável.
Pontos negativos: ar-condicionado não tão fortes, mas ao sair chegaram algumas equipes para fazer manutenção, tive problema com o ar-condicionado em um quarto, mas me mudaram imediatamente de quarto. O café fica enjoativo se vc ficar muitos dias, pois são coisas básicas que mudam.

Hotel limpo e com um quarto simples e confortável. Os funcionários são gentis e educados. Os únicos pontos ruiins éo café da manhã, que deixa a desejar, e o restaurante que só serve congelados. No entanto, tem um bom custo benefício.

Wanneer je verblijft bij Xingo Parque Hotel in Canindé de São Francisco, bevind je je op 12 min. rijden van Xingó Dam. Dit hotel voor families ligt op 13 km van Uitkijkpunt over Piranhas en op 50,1 km van Canion Do Xingo.
Plezier gegarandeerd met recreatieve voorzieningen zoals een buitenzwembad en fitnessfaciliteiten. Enkele voorzieningen van dit hotel zijn gratis wifi, een spelletjesruimte en hulp bij uitstapjes/tickets.

Muito bom, gostei bastante, quarto bem limpo, confortável, atendimento satisfatório, café da manhã farto e bem variado.
O ponto negativo foi que devido a algum erro por parte da trip.com ou do hotel, minha reserva estava diferente da que adquiri, nos acomodaram em um quarto adaptado, diferente da reserva. A princípio insinuaram que havíamos reservado esse tipo de quarto de propósito, segundo eles por não haver mais vagas, só mudaram a postura quando apresentei o comprovante da reserva, ficaram sem saber o que diziam, transferindo a culpa para a Trip.com . Situação muito chata, e que foi ouvida por outras pessoas que aguardavam.

Saí para jantar . Na volta\ por volta de 21 horas ainda sem agua . Apareceu o gerente dizendo que não poderia devolver a diária . Me ofereceu pa trocar por uma suite .

7º dia Chuveiro da suite abria normalmente e quando começava a esquenta a agua desaparacia

Hotel muito bem localizado, além do espaço ser bem aconchegante. Por ser corredora, os atendentes da cozinha me deixaram tomar um café antes da corrida e após fazer a refeição completa, achei isso bem legal da parte deles. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza

The negative point was that due to some error by trip.com or the hotel, my reservation was different from that I acquired, they hosted us in a custom room, different from the reservation. They initially suggested that we had booked this kind of room for purpose, according to them because there were no more vacancies, they only changed their position when I presented the booking evidence, they were not aware of what they said, transferring the guilt to Trip.com . This is a very annoying situation, which was heard by other people waiting.

MMarjorieThe receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!!
