Boa localização, bom atendimento às instalações do quarto boa, só uma observação as toalhas e lençóis que precisam melhorar estão encardidos e gastos.

Hotel com bom custo benefício, limpeza do banheiro deixou um pouco desejar, o restante estava bem arrumado e limp. Sem problemas no período hospedado.

It was alright for the price. The furniture in the room was a little beat up. I would stay there again as long as the price was the same as it was.
Check-in was a hassle but it always is in Brazil.

I would give this hotel 3 stars being nice.
Bad receptionists, worse food , stale sandwiches and a room service that works when they want to !!
Nothing to do with COVID-19
Bad service at its best !!!
Not even a contender for a 4 stars

Não gostei do meu quarto, escolhi um apt de frente para o mar, mas me colocaram no 1º andar e só o que tinha era muito barulho da rua.
O ar condicionado muito barulhento, parecia um trator dentro do quarto.
Café da manhã era bom…
Mas aconteceu um fato muito estranho, chegamos da praia e a porta do meu apt estava aberta, levamos o maior susto!!!
Reclamei na hora e não deram muita importância, como se isso fosse normal …
Alegaram que a faxineira era nova, não tinha muito experiência…..
Aí outro dia chego às 16:00 e a limpeza não tinha acontecido, tb fiquei estressada….
No restante foi tranquilo!!!
Piscina pequena, bem diferente da apresentada no site.
Quanto a localização é perto das feirinhas, bares, restaurantes….
Mas a praia não é boa, precisa ir para Aruana… aí sim vale a pena

Infelizmente o Hotel deixou a desejar:
1) Academia sem pesinhos, sem ventilador, ar condicionado quebrado, bikes de spinning enferrujadas, seria melhor colocar uma placa que estava em reforma pars não decepcionar os hóspedes(
2) os dois elevadores não são sincroniza dos e não tem ventilador, são abafados;
3) o Hotel não possui toalhas de praia;
4) as toalhas de banho são velhas
5) quanto ao atendimento e café da manhã são muito bons
6) os colchões são tortos e desconfortáveis
