"I booked an “executive” room at a rate above the already high standard price, largely because the listing photos showed a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. In reality, the only “executive” feature seemed to be that it was located on the 6th floor. Access to the executive lounge was not included and required an extra fee — and from what I saw when peeking inside, it certainly didn’t seem worth paying for. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was shockingly small, with a shower stall easily under 1m². As a petite Asian woman, I still found it uncomfortably cramped and awkward, especially when washing my hair. The space looked nothing like the listing photos, which feels misleading. I regret not raising this with reception immediately, but the more I used the room, the more dissatisfied I became. Misrepresentation in promotional images is simply unacceptable, and I will be attaching comparison photos to show the difference. The room itself also fell short in comfort. The pillows were so thin that they flattened to bed level the moment you lay on them — we had to fold them in half just for the extra height for support. Amenities were extremely basic and in no way justified the high room rate. This was my first time staying at a Wyndham property, and I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the brand’s overall standards. The only plus point of this hotel like other properties at the area is that it’s near the main train station and transportation. Service at check in was also very helpful with the nice lady taking time giving directions with a map."

"Accueil plus que limite Lors de notre réservation je sélectionne une suite pour 4 personnes avec 2 petits dej ( les enfants ne prennent pas leurs petit dej) Arrivée à l’hôtel on nous impose un surplus de 160 euros pour les enfants en nous faisant payer le petit dej des enfants Impossible de faire autrement Le panier d’accueil est composé d’une pomme !!! Pour un 4 étoiles c’est plus que limite… le sauna dans la salle de bain parfait … mais impossible de l’arrêter Pas de peignoir pour descendre au Spa Sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas … Un portier et un voiturier sont à disposition des client dans l’hôtel nous attendons….. quelques minutes mais la préférence ira aux clients les plus fortunés de l’hôtel ( destination prisée de voyageurs venant du moyen orient ) nous avons d’ailleurs l’impression que l’hôtel est à eux !! Malheureusement aucuns échange avec ses clients … SPA magnifique petit dej parfait"

"Zimmer sauber und gemütlich, Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut. Für unsere Fahrräder gab es sogar einen abgesperrt Raum."

"Clean big apartment, great wifi connection but just realized if the bathroom only inside the bedroom. Normally there is the shower in the bathroom, but just the toilet. So its not perfect for family room, perfect for couple"

"Super friendly staff, great breakfast, wonderful wellness area with two saunas, steam room, swimming pool and a tea station. Little self-serviced convenience store by reception. A twenty minute drive to Salzburg. We really enjoyed our stay! Was an amazing wedding anniversary getaway!"

"Check in close by 6 or 7.30pm so do let the hotel know of you are arriving after that, they will make alternative arrangements for you to collect the key. There is a coffee machine (free coffee) in the lobby. Only toothbrush is not provided. There is a kitchenette in the room. Cleaning is done every 4 days."
