Very nice hotel next to the lake. Comfortable , functional , good breakfast , clean and high quality fit outs in the room . Small but functional spa, indoor pool and gym. The staff were helpful . Conveniently located closed to restaurants and main town centre . The complimentary coffee machine brews prefect coffee . We will be back again !

One of the beautiful and comfortable hotels provides free services to customers, including a Zell am See card and free coffee all day. Breakfast is limited but good The crew is helpful They provided help and details about everything From the time of entry to the time of exit

The good: - location - recently renovated - free saunas & dipping pool The bad: - unpleasant staff - noisy bed - not enough sound insulation from hallway / neighbors The nail in the coffin was parking. The underground garage had this “system” where you park your car in a metal cage and a machine hoists it up to make space for more cars. Sounds smart, until the machine breaks and your means of transportation is suddenly locked in a cage with no way to get it out. Instead of ordering us a cab, staff suggested we take a bus 🤦♂️ This whole incident made us miss our restaurant reservation & a birthday party about 15min drive away. In the end we were told that it was our fault because we parked the car the wrong way around. Our car and 3 other cars.. Well, if our tiny rental car can break your machine, that’s worth thinking about.

Beautifully modern yet cozy hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious with kitchenette equipped with basics. There are even welcome drinks in the fridge. We enjoyed the pool although the sauna didn’t seem to be working. We enjoyed the patio off our room. A great place to stay

What a wonderful place to stay!! The hotel is brand new, with a great spa (pool, sauna and relaxation rooms) and facilities. The hotel was really stylish and had a contemporary feel. Great breakfast! Plus wonderful staff. Zell am See is also a great location during the summer.

Excellent hotel, very clean, modern, beds were so comfy, perfectly situated to the Ski slopes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to bus links that take you to other Ski resorts, effectively, giving you lots of options. Huge snow dump on our last day! We were sad to leave! Charlotte Sleigh, Edinburgh, Scotland

An exceptional property in a very convenient location in town. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops but nice and quiet. The room is kitted out with quality furnishings. We also enjoyed the pool and saunas after a day skiing. We opted for a suite to give us space for our 16 year old son. We didn’t cook, although the kitchen was very well equipped. However, we did enjoy a few take aways at the dining table. We would stay again!

We went for a week in January 2024. The hotel is new but unfortunately the cleanliness, order and staff are very bad, people are so rude plus inexperineced. One of the employees provoked two groups of guests in the hotel lobby in front of our eyes and provoked them to fight. I also think they are very ******. People are rude throughout the city but in this hotel it is unbelievable. I witnessed that they put the cheese that fell on the floor with their hands at breakfast buffet back.. they say they have a fitness room, but fitness room is so small that he can’t even open the door completely.. swimming pool is sized like bathtub. I definitely do not recommend
