Very average service received. Room service closes at 11pm!!! Why offer it then? At least 2am gives you a chance should you miss the normal restaurants that close at around 11pm. Sad that a simple request for X2 decent size glasses and some ice can't be followed or done at 11:30pm... Instead I received 1 glass and absolutely no mention of the ice... It's the little things that make the stay enjoyable.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach. Unfortunately the room itself was very small, especially for the price being charged. Breakfast was also limited. Service at the hotel was good though. Good food available 24/7 via room service. Had an amazing mutton bunny at 1am that really hit the spot!!!

Dit hotel was mijn verwachtingen te boven, de kamers waren schoon, het bed is comfortabel, het ontbijt en het diner was heerlijk. De plek is te dicht bij het strand, u kunt gewoon wandelen.
Ik kan niet wachten tot ik terugkom.

It’s decent hotel we loved it. The only issue was parking because we wanted a safe parking space as we were looking through different hotels and it was listed. Only to find out when we got there that they were renovating their parking lot. It was not updated online.

Een goed hotel, gelegen ongeveer 15 km van het centrum van Durban, dichter bij de internationale luchthaven. De kamers zijn vrij ruime, alles wat u nodig hebt is er. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, ik kan het aanbevelen. Uitstekende lobby, stijlvol ontwerp. Er zijn veel restaurants voor elke smaak in de buurt van het hotel, en een paar winkelcentra in de buurt van het hotel. Van de internationale luchthaven van Durban ongeveer een half uur per taxi.

Wanneer je verblijft bij Chakas Cove in Ballito bevind je je bij de zee, op een kwartiertje lopen van Salt Rock Beach en Umhlali Library. Dit appartement ligt op 1,5 km van Strand van Thompson's Bay en op 2,2 km van Tiffany's Beach.
Plezier gegarandeerd dankzij een buitenzwembad of geniet van het uitzicht vanuit een tuin. Andere kenmerken van dit appartement zijn gratis wifi en barbecues.
Enkele van de voorzieningen zijn meertalig personeel en een wasserij. Ter plaatse heb je gratis parkeerplaatsen.

Laat jezelf verwennen met onsite massages, lichaamsbehandelingen en gezichtsbehandelingen. Je vindt de recreatieve voorzieningen vast leuk, met onder meer een buitenzwembad en fitnessfaciliteiten. Everything was amazing…clean rooms, comfortable beds, specious rooms, beautiful views with a huge balcony 10/10. I’ll definitely come back here. The security and cleaning ladies were friendly. The only dislike I have is the check out time! They’ll come knocking on your door at 10am ***!

TTraveldairies.A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

PPinkGirlAnew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue. We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel. 1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve 2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary 3. False Bay 4. Bayete Elephant Interaction This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors. Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!

GGuest UserThis place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!
