Big hotel, spacious room. Located just outside a metro station not far from the city. Absolutely loving this hotel.

Check-in was a problem. When I got there and called to check-in the person I talked to said that my card had been declined and that I owed $30 some more and wanted me to give card information. I said that I had a printed confirmation in my hand from Trip.com that stated that it had been paid. After about 15-20 minutes and after I had given the booking confirmation number, the lady put me on hold and came back and said it was fine and gave me the room code. Otherwise, it was nice.

It was amazing!!! Thank you. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Customer service was awesome. Will consider this location again. My only gripe is that the 50th MCM was this weekend. It’s unfortunate that breakfast times were not adjusted for runners. Even having quick little bags with bananas, granola bars, orange slices, water or OJ would be very considerate. One day I didn’t even use my breakfast voucher so I felt like I wasted my money. Some of my friends had that marathon breakfast bag and I would have loved it too for the marathon day and shakeout run at the National Mall. Just something to consider. Thank you!

I arrived on a very early flight and was completely exhausted. I asked the hotel if it was possible to check in early, and luckily, they had a room available and let me check in right away. I was so grateful to be able to take a shower and get some rest. The hotel facilities are older than I expected, but everything I needed was there. Overall, I really appreciated their kindness and flexibility.

What a gem in the middle of Ballston! Beautiful views, great location, top notch amenities. In particular, Derrick at the check in desk went above and beyond to make my stay very comfortable - would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay. A lot of parking lot. Breakfast has a good varity.

De kamer was mooi en goed beheerd, maar er was geen tandheelkundige apparatuur aanwezig.

The restaurant was the only issue. The lady was all over me. I felt I did not have a breathing space. Other than that, everything else was ok. The price for the parking lot was way too much

Hotel was very close to Radford University! Facility was very clean and was very welcoming. Room was clean and fresh smelling.

Hotel was very conveniently located. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
