Good location, just a short walk across from the parking lot of the airport, room size is O K., and staff also friendly. On the negative side: The hotel has no restaurant, just a bar that serves pizza and soup, the WiFi does not work too well, and value wise it is not a great deal, as compared with the other hotel down the road.

I rate my business stay at the Royal Hotel very positively. The trip included a visit to the Poznań Trade Fair, which is located very close to the hotel – a short walk away. The hotel is also close to the Old Town. I think I'll also want to spend my next business trip at this hotel. The only thing I'm missing is reserving a parking space, which wasn't a problem during my last stay.

Mooi hotel! Ik verblijf meestal in dit hotel. Geweldige locatie, omdat het dicht bij veel plaatsen ligt, zoals een groot winkelcentrum en treinstation, heerlijk eten en vriendelijk personeel in het hotel. Gelegen in het hart van de stad. Ik vond de kamer leuk. De kamer was perfect voor twee; het was ruim. Het restaurant “Rynek” op de begane grond biedt een grote verscheidenheid aan ontbijtopties. Ik had een geweldige ervaring om hier te verblijven en zou hier graag weer verblijven.

The room is very clean and offers everything you need. The hostel's location is very convenient, being close to the train and bus stations, and not far from the old town for touring around and there is a mall just right next to the hostel.

Het duurt 15 minuten om naar de Flix-bushalte te lopen. Het duurt 15 minuten om naar het oude stadsmarktplein aan de linkerkant van de ingang van het hotel te lopen van de hotelingang. De hotelkamer is schoon en helder met complete faciliteiten. Het ontbijt heeft veel keuzes en is heerlijk. De receptieservice is erg snel en beleefd.

Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction). The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel. The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked. We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended. There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel. The hotel has a gym too. The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans. In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered.

Ich war nun zum dritte Mal hier. Es hat sich in den Jahren nichts geändert - und das meine ich positiv. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber und das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ausreichend. Durchlass bis zu den Zimmern nur mit passender Chipkarte. Pkw Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Gegen Abend gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten vor Ort zu speisen oder was zu trinken. 😃👍
