I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay. The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch. The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience. This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. The hotel is very close to the casa voyagers station, so it is very convenient to arrive at your destinations by train. A little far from the city centre, though.
