Ons verblijf was erg goed; de accommodatie is schoon en de kamers zijn comfortabel. Het ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd. We komen zeker terug.

Hotel Berna is a great choice for travelers, especially with its convenient walking-distance location from Milano Centrale Train Station. The accessibility makes it perfect for both short stays and onward journeys. The breakfast served is good, though the selection is limited, offering mainly European-style options. Still, the quality is satisfying for a simple start to the day. The rooms are clean, spacious, and pleasantly quiet — ideal for a restful night after exploring Milan. Overall, Hotel Berna provides a comfortable and reliable stay, and its location remains one of its strongest advantages.

Worth staying at this hostel for the price. This was my first solo backpacking trip, and the hostel was amazing. The receptionists were especially friendly. I arrived a bit early before check-in time, but the receptionist kindly let me check in, even though it was his lunch break. He explained all the amenities and showed the must-visit places in Milan on a map. He also offered to store my luggage, and when I felt a bit worried, he kept it safely under his desk. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing. The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible. I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances. A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.

De nabijheid van de luchthaven is voor mij de grootste trekpleister. Ze bieden ook een gratis pendeldienst op aanvraag. De grootte van de kamer is ook voldoende, meer ruimte dan de meeste Europese hotels tegen vergelijkbare tarieven. Ik bleef een nacht en had een vroege ochtendvlucht, dus ik kon niet zien hoe het ontbijt was. De douchefaciliteit was een leuke verrassing: naast een handdouche had een aan de muur gemonteerd hogedruksysteem drie lichaamssproeistralen op respectievelijk hoofd-, borst- en bekkenniveau. Sterk aanbevolen.

Quite quiet and very nice.

De kamer is erg goed. Je moet van tevoren inchecken. Het is een perfecte plek om het ochtendlicht te zien als je het raam opent , dat is 12,99 euro per persoon. Het is erg goed en het is zelfbediening. Er zijn veel monsters, die in principe de energie van een dag kunnen stillen.

During the winter the AC is not working, so you can not adjust the temperature in the room (the heating system works and some rooms are too hot); there is no kettle in the room, but you get 2 bottles of water. Free parking available on site, rooms are big and clean.
