I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall service exceeded expectations. The food quality at the in-house restaurant was also good. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. Every thing was okey and specially the breakfast team so friendly and respectful BUT one in reception was not good service when we arrived she did not give us only one hour early after we paid for some hours %50 of room cost it was first time in my life after have been more than 50 countries and many 5 stars Hotel i did not paid for early check in if room available they gave me but IN TAJ group got money from 08:00 until 12:00 %50 of room costs!!! And i asked for WiFi she didn't gave us! I respect tge Hotel rows but we are a human we can help each other for sample thing!!!!

Stayed in Nashik years ago, that time it was know as Tak hotel and wanted to stay with friends to enjoy the Nashik weather and amenities in this property. It’s nice and convenient place. Worth stay!!!

Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

De gastvrijheid en service van het personeel was uitstekend. De kamer was niet schoon en voelde meestal erg stoffig aan, zelfs nadat deze was gestofzuigd. De matras was een binnenveringmatras van slechte kwaliteit en kon helaas niet worden vervangen door een betere, wat resulteerde in een ongemakkelijke slaap 's nachts. Afgezien hiervan was het algehele verblijf geweldig, net als de jacuzzi, stoom- en saun***imtes, het zwembad, enz. .

We were there in hyatt for one night . Were very happy with everything about it . The dining experience was excellent .shekhar,jhumki and all others were pleasant and happy to help us . Food was also good .

This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.
