Value for money, clean room cordial staff food needs to improve and is costly as well. You will get transport such as e rickshaw, tum tum, but request not to take tum tum as very painful for the horse. Once we stop using it almost every one will come to e rickshaw. Place is good for those who are inclined towards history.

This hotel offers great value for money. It's in a fantastic location, and the front desk staff are amazing—very friendly, accommodating, and enthusiastic. The food is good, the rooms are spacious, and transportation is easily accessible. Railway station and Airport, both are nearby. You must give it a try if visiting Patna.

The hotel is good. Staff members of hotel not looking so active. I have complaint regarding the television is not working but they ignored that issue. When i entered in the room, the room was not cleaned properly. The environment of hotel was peaceful which i liked most. There was no disturbance. My money was worth it not gone waste.

Overall hotel is good, neat and clean, food is good reception is very good but there is some issue. Issue is 1. The tv connection is not done after several time of intimation. 2. Delay in giving soap and towel.

GGuest UserI stayed at viraat inn gaya for 2 days from 24th november to 26th november 2023. Rooms were cleaned. Toilet and bathroom were also clean. Staffs were very helpful. Location of the hotel near rail station. My experience was very good in this hotel.
